You dont know what has happened because I choose not to spell it out for reasons similar to Facebook. Someone says something on Facebook derogatory or deflamatory about someone else in a casual manner. Someone else sees it and then that person can be sacked and indeed has been.

This bullying woman has harassed me, shouted at me in front of people of a higher rank, in front to my peers, has belittled me, has heaped work on to me knowing that it is clearly within her remit (as a manager) Next time this happens, send it back marked 'sent to wrong dept.'. She will soon get the message. and not me and my 'lowly' post. She has slammed a door in my face.- She has spread rumours about me. She has created a situation where I am not included in various things - in work and out of it. She has pulled me for reporting her for bullying me and said for forty minutes how badly I had made her feel. She has praised and thanked the team individually for all their hard work and omitted to include me. She loathes me that much that couldnt bear to be in the same room as me. She asked everyone how their Christmas went - everyone said this and that and I was excluded from the conversation. I been followed about. by her onto a different department. I been asked proof of what I was doing even though it was clear I was doing my job. - Respond with 'whatever MY dept. manager has assigned me to do' (say it in a forceful manner). She has continued to bully me even though I am in a different department. She continues to report me even though I am doing my job.

She has been waiting for me to come back from my half hour lunch break to ask why I was literally a few minutes late. - Just smile, say nowt & walk right past her.

When I used to work at the Essex plant of a multinational HVAC company, the maintenance detp. manager used to be a bully to everyone. The senior management team used to think the sun shone out his backside though, so not much point in complaining.
On day however, he had a dig at one well-thought-of staff member, he got suspended. At that point, everyone he had picked-on waded in with a complaint. As a result, he never got to work for the company again.
