Parking issue with neighbours

In Wishaw , Northlanarkshire there's a particular house with a double driveway which has no cars that asks the mobile fishman, baker van, mail man, parcel delivery man etc etc not to block her drive . All these vans are only here for a few minutes. When I say block I mean the back end of the vans about 2 or 3 feet, the drive is about 20 feet wide....sad.0

My neighbour has one of those signs, to make matters worse they include us on the notice to leave space for which is annoying as we don't have a car or care if someone wants to park there but he is makining it seem like we do.0 -
