I sit in the car where ever there is space to pull over :( i never leave the dogs in the car on there own at that time and in this weather as well. id rather wait.

Can you not go in the house then move the car later?

Not sure what you can do about kids throwing stones aside from reporting to the police which potentially could make things worse, but for the dog you could report him (anonomously, if neccessary) to the RSPCA.

Report him to the RSPCA! People like that don't deserve to have pets

Seems like he's brought up little brats by the sound of it too....

Yes i could go in the house and leave the car on the road but then he would never move the van! The only reason he moves it at all is because he can see i am sitting there waiting!

Cant see why i should let him block my drive and the front of my house! And stop me parking on my drive!

Contact your local council or your community beat manager (Police) for advice, they should be able to help you?

No you shouldn't let him but I just couldn't understand why it stopped you going in the house that's all.

I would stand at his door and wait till he came out if it was me while accidentally leaning on the doorbell lol

We have had a similar issue but it was next door neighbours caters doing it. We only had to ask them on a few occasions though and it stopped. Have you asked why he parks there when he knows you will ask him to move it?

I'd hazard a guess that it meant carers. :)
