ATOS are not there to look at the medical problems, just how they affect you and your capability for work.

The medical problems are for the real healthcare professionals to deal with, like your GP and consultant.

They are obviously aware of your medical conditions prior to the assessment hence the assessement, so why would they highlight what they already know or have been told?

Surely, all the cases. I have looked at just a few, but am convinced, having considered them, that an inquiry is called for. (An inquiry.) Definitive proof is hardly required for that.

As you are minded to disagree, I suggest you read about them all.

So your happy to waste hundreds of thousands of pounds of taxpayers money on an inquiry bsaed on conjecture and what if's, without any solid proof one way or the other?

Obviously they dont know What a persons medical conditions are, overwise so many people would not die soon after the interigation.

They cannot know the dangers of most said medical conditions because most ATOS interorgators as you so rightly said are not real Medics.

Why would anybody not highlight as you say, a dangerous medical condition real medic or not, what sort of human being would do that?

Why would any human being recommend that a person with a known cronic medical contition is fit enough to start looking for work when they know they are not.

They are not there to look at medical problems, so why are they called ATOS Healthcare. i will repeat that CARE.

No wonder they don't pass anyone, it's obvious you can't spot serious illness from just a few questions.

No. Not mere conjecture. Nor, of course, definitive proof. But then what definitive proof could there be? The law does not require definitive proof even to bring a case of murder; and we are not dealing with that here.

The tread is about people dying. and you as much admitted yourself, ATOS HCP'S are not qualified to understand the forms or much of the evidence. submitted.

Lack of medical knowledge by ATOS HCP'S and not knowing what potential dangers some illnesses, may be the reason of the unusually high mortality rate.

Thats why we need a enquiry and petition.
