Ah so the NHS didn't let them die then, purely ATOS at fault.

Is it blame people need to aportion or would these people have still died regardless of ATOS?

Well sadly thanks to the added burden on their already fragile health piled on by atos we'll never know will we!!

Still, a few more off the benefits gravy train list eh tomtom!

That's why an inquiry is needed. Oh there are wonderful glowing reports of ATOS's conduct and treatment of individuals, it might be an idea to view the Youtube video. The DWP also have to share the responsibility.

By your own admission we don't know why these people died, hence you cannot apportion blame.

It is tragic when someone dies before their time, but in order to make a change you need to present facts, not maybes.

    You've answered your own question.

Please elaborate on these many petitions that have worked, either relating to ESA or indeed anything else? The only one that springs to mind relates to the Hillsborough inquiry, but it is likely that would have happened in the near future anyway.

I asked for examples of the many petitions that have worked i.e. have produced a successful outcome. Your link does not answer that.

That is why an inquiry is needed, when large numbers of people die through a process, why has the process not been stopped to see if the process is at fault at an early stage?

You answered your own question, there are lots of petitions for all sorts causes. I'm not going to research them for you.

Who says the number is large? Looking at the bigger picture, I would disagree that it is. If the govt commissioned an enquiry and you didn't get the answer you wanted - would you be satisfied?

You are not willing to back up your assertion with facts? You said many petitions had worked, yet you don't seem able to name any.

There seems to be a common theme here ...

So the "process" killed them and not the illness then? An inquiry is definately needed as I am surprised more people aren't dying daily because of the "process"

What exactlty is this "process" you say is killing everyone?
