Help please, why are we not getting viewers?

Can anyone help please? We put our house on the market mid January. Have only had one viewing since then. This despite having an open viewing day on 13th April, (nobody turned up! we had put up a poster on the sale board, as well as the estate agent promoting it) and reducing by £20,000.
The link for it is: http://www.zoopla.co.uk/for-sale/details/27585028
Any ideas would be useful, we have found our new house and could move tomorrow if we could just sell. Thank you.

It's over-priced, not well-presented or not being actively marketed. Or a combination of all three.
Why is it not on RightMove?
Are you trying to sell the property or the furniture in it?0 -
Initial reaction is that the description suggests the house is huge, but the photos don't. There are only two bedrooms out of 5 shown; both these rooms have beds pushed up next to walls, which suggests they are not very big....Where are photos of all your other rooms? Also no photos of external space?
You really need some floor plans so that the viewer can comprehend the layout and the space.0 -
It's to expensive.
The carpets are outdated.
Sorry, that sounds awful!
Mine is on the market as well.
I think the main problem is the house is overpriced though.
Also, change estate agents now. Your contract should be up.
Good luck.0 -
The agent needs to invest in a good wide angle lens plus all the other points listed above.
Major question, why not on Rightmove or is it?0 -
Also going to a smaller agent who can spend more time promoting your property might be worth considering.
This agent does not have many sold either.0 -

It is on Rightmove although the floor plan doesn't appear to work correctly:

The description makes it sound quite *nice* but that's not what I get from the photos. Kitchen looks great, but that's about all I can say. You don't really get an idea of size and it just looks overpriced for what it is.
I thought property up north was meant to be cheap compared to the south, but because the pictures don't really demonstrate the size (what about garden too?) it just looks like a 3 bed semi.
It says there is space for 3 cars off road parking, parking is a massive thing for me. First thing I look at when I see houses like yours are where am I supposed to put my car, and unless I go down to the bottom of the massive description, it doesn't tell me.0 -

hmmm the floor plans have 4 bedrooms on the first floor? where is the 5th?0 -
There's a shower-room in the cellar? And a WC in the utility-room? Those sound absolutely vile.0
