Hey kc I hope the head gurgling is ok now? Be careful out there gardenings an extreme activity don't you know.
Well work yesterday made my head hurt so. Came home 1/2 hour early as things were winding down. Had a long few walks with mutts, had a bath and snuck out on bike for 20 mins.
I'm loving the new phone app thing for walking I walked a goodly amount last month (64 miles) but I guess that's only around 2 a day. Given my food consumption, I've not lost any weight but it's spurned me on to try and walk more this month. Free exercise is always good. I can't find a decent pair of trainers (I walk in boots) so must see if I can find something.
Any recommendations fo frugal yet supportive footwear? My walking boots are fab (and free from a pal) but a bit heavy for this time of year.
Ponders
Will do the post match analysis on food/budget spends and meal plan for this week.
Yesterday was real comfort food leftover tAtties and cabbage with cauli cheese. Just what a cold needs
Only bought milk yesterday, not a NSD but a LSD

:D but you do a lot else. I still haven't smarted up my smart phone

Can I ask you something though, Pippi? My chili seedlings are successful! And I'm very happy :j They now have 4 - 6 leaves each, and I'm sure I should be starting to do something.
And just to let you know, 2 lupin seeds have come up! I collected them from the garden of the holiday cottage I went to last year with my mum and my sister - they've been planted for ages, but they just came up two days ago. In fact, they're lucky I hadn't chucked them out, they've been sitting there for more than 4 weeks!
You're at work now, of course, but 'speak' later - hope your day's gone well (and sorry to hear it was Mr Pippi that gave you the cold, but glad to hear you're getting the manchild back soon!). :T

Grocery spends are now at £105.95
Petrol spends are at £86.54 (alot of that will be back in expenses too)
We had a takeaway over the weekend so eating out is now at £49.00
Need to do another meal plan as aside the takeaway which we had over three meals we've not done too badly!
