    Hi all,

I'm about to send in my documents to both Abbey and the County Court. I need to clarify which year's T&Cs I need to include.
I opened my account with Abbey back in 1995. Do I need T&Cs from '95 or do I need them from 2001. i.e 6 years ago. I have looked all over and can't find any from 1995. Please help. !!!

    Some here... http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/bank-templates-library/101412-document-library-work-progress.html

You will need to be registered on CAG to view them...

Not sure if any are linked through MSE yet
  • Hi Jonni2bad, I am having the same problem - trying to find out T&C's for Barclays.
I am registered with CAG and looked at the links they have several times.
I know I'm a numpty, but I really cannot understand what to do when I click on the thingies. I have tried several times. It says upload/download .. pay, . I find it very complicated.

Also asked on the Forums over there but nobody seems able to give the time to explain what to do.

Surely someone can say -go to......click on...... download T&C's for Barclays 2001 click on........ an uncomplicated link.
Or could someone please put it into plain English.

I'm just getting frustrated now!!!!! MM female OAP Computer Numpty!!! HELP!!

Hey thank you so much - that's brilliant!

Magicmadam - it does look complex but what you do is click on the one you want to go to the fileshare website. Click free, then where it says download via... with different website names, just click a random one. Then underneath that list, type the code into the box and press download via.. (the name of the website you chose)

It does seem overly tricky but it works.

Thanks again - really saved my bacon!

    Good luck Magicmadam.

Right, Phamous - I have printed out what you have written and will go off and try again. If I still can't do it, I'll come back and moan at you. LOL MM

Yeah!! Phamous - I have managed to do it, that's all it needed was someone with a bit of patience to make it clear to me. Thank you very much.
The only problem I am having is that it is printing out too small to read, but I will sort that out. Cheers again MM
