Thankyou all for your kind words, it really means a lot me.
Payday today, paid a couple of bills, also put £30 of fuel in the car.
Been to Mr S was supposed to be a small shop just to see us through until i get to aldi tomorrow but i ended up spending £60 and a further £7 in the butchers.
I have given both children their allowance for the month so that's another £30 gone.
Received £20 from m1ndm0vers and £4 from p1nec0ne, both payments have been paid straight off the Mr T CC.
Work today has been ok, I'm just smiling and getting through the day.
I'm more bothered about the phone calls I'm getting on my mobile from numbers I don't know and withheld numbers, due to family issues I'm very careful who I hand my number out to so this is unusual to get several calls in one day, I have a feelng my extended family are trying to cause trouble.0 -
Do you use your mobile for anything other than emergency? Can you out a work number down for emergency contact for the kids and just switch your mobile off for a week. They break, things happen. It will stop you worrying if it's going to ring and they will then get bored if indeed it is anything. I don't give my number out either however I've had a lot of PPI calls lately and sales for general carp.Debt - CCV £3792

Hi debtfree, I've turned my phone onto silent this evening, there has only been one call this evening (same number). I have to have it turned off at work due to the nature of the job and my children's schools know to call the office where i work if there is an emergency and to always ring their dad first as he is easier to get hold of during the day. Fingers crossed they get bored as I really don't want to have to change my number again.0

You could block any number on your mobile.
If it's PPI they just switch to another number so that's frustrating.
Don't you think that we are brainwashed to think we have to answer phones (mobile and landlines) when really, the world won't end if we ignore them (unless its the children)What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?0 -
Fingers crossed for you penny xDebt - CCV £3792

Evening all,
Phone has remained quiet today, fingers crossed it stays that way.
Nipped into Mr T after work as I had a few money off vouchers to use against items that were on offer, spent £11.98 and saved £4.50 in vouchers so paid that off the Mr T CC, also went to ald1 and spent £46.
Received a payment of £3 from mysurv3y, which also got paid off the Mr T cc.
DD brought home school photo today, so have ordered that another £19 spent.
I'm hoping for a NSD tomorrow, hope everyone is ok.

Morning all.
Spent yesterday evening in A&E with DD she has hurt her arm and has a slight crack in the bone, she is currently in a padded foam sling thing and has to go back on monday to the fracture clinic, bless her she is coping very well considering.
Weather is pants here and not been able to peg out, I've ordered an airer from Mr T direct, was in the sale reduced to £10 from £15, got 20% off as well as there is a code for household items and used a £1 clubcard voucher I had, so cost me £7 and I'm having it delivered to store so no postage to pay.
Sent the £3 I save from vouchers to Mr T CC.
Parcel received today from survey company containing shampoo/conditioner to test, I have an inbox full of surveys to do and not sure when I'm going to get them done, I'm off to hairdressers soon and then I need to take children to MIL as I'm going to a friends tonight for a few drinks and a gossip, need to buy a bottle of wine to take with me.
Apologies for not catching up with diaries, I will try and have aread tomorrow and post.

Hope DDs arm is ok Pennywise.
I recently bought an airer from Mr A and I'm very impressed with it! Id rather peg out but when its raining and its not cold enough for heating its better than using the TD! xxMummytogirls x0 -
Hi Penny
Hope DD is feeling ok! Really feel for her, bless her but sounds like she is a trooper!
I am in a 1st floor flat so all of my clothes are dried indoors on airers. Hated them at first but have got the knack of it now, and have my bedroom (sash) windows pushed wide open with the airers near them. They smell like they are line dried and the whole flat smells like fresh washing! It is rare I use the heating to dry them although in winter it gets a bit tricker. Especially towels...
Glad the calls have stopped. I would change my number too. Managed to get 3 to do it for free as part of my contract renewal last year
Hope you had a nice night with the girls!
