Hi scuba, its the sulking that gets to me, as though they are really hard done to, feel like screaming grow up.
Alice it is a lonely job, but I know it will be worth it in the end, really proud that I have not spent a penny this month on a CC.0 -
Ahh yes the sulking....lets not go there, from what I hear his 5 year old son gets the sulking, and refusal to eat veggies from him and a temper from his mother - around work he's known as the devil child, and despite both parents being permanently skint he has the usual collection of wii, xbox, and games in his bedroom and throws a fit if he doesnt get the game he wants as soon as he asks for it. So glad I'm never going to ply step mother as I already feel like my boyfriends mother at times! It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Yeah I wonder why I'm still with him too reading that back. *sigh* 11 weeks til I move, and if I've not lost my temper and dumped him before then I'm making a completely clean break. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Total of £8.50 made on ebay, not a fortune but enough to get some bread and milk if needed and keeps me away from the evil CC.0

I get the same moans from my kids and DH about HM food. I had a right fit the other day when i'd made something from scratch spent hours watching over it, and then they all pulled 'that' face and turned their noses up. They made me so cross and upset I couldn't enjoy my own dinner.

I don't think they realise how lucky they are! Homemade food is fabulous and full of love! Do you think a week of frozen sausages and Smash would teach then a lesson?
I can imagine how demoralising and frustrating it must be to have DH wanting to put small extra spends on the CC, when you are working so hard to pay it down. I know I am fortunate that DH and I see eye to eye on this.
Hope you enjoy the rest of half term- Mortgage over-payments to date: = £16,746

Hi PBS, Sometimes I do feel as though I'm banging my head against a wall.
SO today I have a quiet day, DD and DS are out for the day with their grandma:D.
Not much to update on the money front, have managed to complete a few surveys this morning.
Off to put on the washer, then veg out in front of the TV and catch up on some programmes I've got recorded and not had time to watch.0 -
