Hi Bella, allotment sounds good, fingers crossed one comes available for you soon. I'm not green fingered at all and manage to kill everything.0

Big thankyou to the chickens as I am now the bestest mummy in the world. Having realised we had no chocolate coated, sugar laden carp in the house(aka breakfast cereal) I had a small panic as to what to feed small grumpy monsters (aka children), chickens had laid one egg this morning, so kids got eggy bread with mushrooms and a few baked beans that were lurking in the fridge, apparently it is the best breakfast ever and they want it everyday, sorry kids your back to cereal on pay day:rotfl:.
Good to know I can get something right lol.0 -
That breakfast sounds fab, can I come to visit next time you make it please? It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Thanks DFWB, surveys are ok, but does feel as though I'm not getting many at the minute, Will probably get loads next week when I'm back at work and havn't the time to get through them.
So today is payday, was out first thing this morning, so not had chance to pay la r£doute, that will be the first job this evening after tea.
Been a spendy day, DD went off to the stables for a pony club day this cost me £45, I have actually sat down and added up how much it is costing a year and its around £1000, now my daughter is horse mad and the one hobby she has, but i'm actually starting to wonder if it would be cheaper for her to have her own horse and stop pony club, especially now we have moved to the farm as we wouldn't need to rent land/stables, Just need to get rid of some of this debt first though.
Grocery spends have come in at Mr T £56.12 and morr!sons £69.56, from this I've done a 3 week meal plan, still need to get some bits that are cheaper from sainsbugs around £25 worth, will will also need some fresh bits later in the month, but overall i'm happy and don't think there is any reason why we cant come in under our £250 food budget for the month.
Also need to call in at farm shop for a big sack of spuds (£10) these will last the month.
Have also spent £3 on some underwear for DD and £7 on a pair of trousers for DS.
Hope everyones enjoying the sunshine, hopefully its here for the weekend.0 -
Wow great meal planning how many people does that feed? May need some tips
my shopping is at 225 or thereabouts (new budget as of today) and I still need fresh stuff every week on top of that  xx
