  • Thanks Scuba.

Had a lovely evening last night, total spends £42 , I do have a very thick head this morning.

Weather is overcast and it keeps throwing a shower, think we have a week of it, thinking of going and buying a new airer tomorrow as mine has fallen to pieces, will have alook at argos later.

Money is ok, have had another survey payment this morning from GMT so that's another £25 :D, also cashed out on y0ug0v this morning so that will be another £50 winging its way, I think that will be it for the month as I'm now no where near payout on any survey companies, but it's been a fantastic month so far :D.
I do have a few bits listed on ebay and have found a few bits to list, but I'm finding ebay slow at the minute and I'm not selling much.

Hope everyone reading is ok, have a good weekend.x.
  • Had a nice frugal day today, got some housework done and the onlu place I have been is to do the pony, going to go to the beach later and give the dogs a nice long walk.

Had some good frugal meals today, I had fruit for brekkie and DH had a mushroom omelette, Lunch for myself was poached eggs on toast, DH had pawns salad and bread, tea tonight will be falafel burgers, salad and spanish potatoes, with ice cream for pud.

Chickens ar now laying well and we are getting 5/6 a day, so going to make sure that we have one evening meal based around eggs.

  • Had a very lazy Sunday morning, breakfast with DS and pottering around the house, Kiddies are back shortly and normal mayhem will resume.

Couple of surveys done and £3 redeemed on mysurv3y, no bids on ebay though.

Burger and chips for tea tonight, will need to do a small shop at aldi tomorrow as we need fresh fruit and also need so bits for the kids ice lollies and yoghurts.

    Hope everyone is ok.x.

    Hi Penny

You sound very organised as always, I need to review my surveys and try to reach the payout threshold.
Hope the kids enjoyed their time with your mil and you're enjoying having them back xx
  • Hi Choo, yes i'm still juggling those balls in the air.

Kids have had a wonderful time and have spent the evening talking none stop about their adventures with grandma and Grandad, It's lovely to have them home and it's funny how I feel more settled with the noise in the house.

I enjoy the peace for a few hours when they're not here and then start missing their noise, hustle and bustle. I don't know what to do with myself when they're not here and have no one to fuss, nag or mother x
  • Hi PWPS.

Weekend kid free sounds blissful. Especially the guilty treat spends in M&S. I can't quite justify it myself. MIL religiously buys salad from there every week in a pot as she swears it is far better than anywhere else. This despite FIL spending 6 months working in the local salad factory throwing cucumbers etc into choppers in freezing temperatures and watching them be packed up for all the supermarkets including M&S :rotfl: the ready meat though... mmmm :D

Hope you're enjoying having the kids back. DD has never been more than 1 night away from me, and this only 4 times ever in 2.5 years. I'm a wee control freak. One day I will let her go longer, just not with my in-laws....

    Have a good one xx

    Morning pwps

I bet you're glad to have them back tho. In my house it's can't live with them and can't live without them lol.

As always doing great on the surveys. How are you managing on the 21k listed in your diary title?

    Have a great day xx
