Peackcocks: If you do the store finder thingy you can click through to each of the nearby shops and if they have a tick next to maternity they stock it. It looks a bit random who stocks it and who doesn't tbh!

Thank you for that we've now found a peacocks nearby that does maternity so Mrs Jamz is going to check it out soon.

Wow, what a busy few days its been on here. Just been catching up on the posts.


Congrats to Jenny Wren, Lola and Keely!! :T:T:T

Hope everyone else is well.

I have just got back from visiting my parents for a few days and its been soo nice to have a week off work, I'm counting down now until I go on maternity leave (10 weeks left, lol!)

Also have some new pregnancy developments this week, leaky boobs and my first stretch marks on my bump :eek::eek: (sorry if TMI), was so down in the dumps at first , I thought I was gonna get away with getting stretch marks on my tummy as I seem to be huge bump wise, or so everyone says and didn't have a single one until now! Anyway have now faced the harsh reality that they are probably going to get much worse over the next 14 weeks anyway so just need to stop being vain and ignore them :rolleyes:.
As for the leaky boobs I was a bit shocked as I thought it's a bit early but it only seems to happen when I'm sleeping so I must be putting weight onto them or something in my sleep , again it couold be worse, at least i'm not leaking when i go out in public, the joys of pregnancy eh???

hope all the new mums are doing well.

i'm not too bad today. 15 weeks for me as of today. the last three weeks seem to have flown by.

think i am at the tail end of this cold so am very pleased about that, however, i am not sure if i feel bloated or gassy or what, but i just feel uncomfortable in my belly and sometimes just up until under my boobs. feels like i just wanted someone to pop me and then i'll feel okay.

i was thinking of getting a hot water bottle to put on my belly as i love the warm water when i am having a bath on my belly, but then thought of the wheat bags you can get which you warm up. wondering if these are still in the shops. knowing my luck and because i want one they wont be.

well i am over the moon today as i have been selling bits and pieces on ebay to fund my new pram(phil and teds) as money has been tight. had made a good amount and got a 20% discount code from ebay even better i thought! well i made an offer to a girl on ebay and got a brand new pram plus all the extras for £300! so between my selling and the discount it has cost me £43 delivered to my door:j :j :j :j i cannot believe it and cant stop smiling!!

anyway i better get this house organised, new heating going in on tues so want things to be as organised and tidy as possible! hope all are well and bumps behaving! thats me 19 weeks on monday how time is flying by!

angelfairy - before you go out and buy a water bottle or wheat bags, check with your midwife it would be ok, as a friend of mine was told not to do this....something about overheating the baby, apparantly you are also not meant to have baths too hot!!!!
