Hi i wouldnt worry at this stage-i had days when i didnt feel anything and then others when the fluttering came back. then came the 'prods'

As Keely said it's completely normal. Mini-Polly hasn't stopped moving you've just stopped being about to feel him/her move! They're still so tiny at the this stage that you only feel some of the movement when they're in the right place etc etc etc! So don't worry if you get loads one day and then none for a few days afterwards!

I'm 22 weeks now and starting to get the odd big movement but since I'm on the squidgier side (which doesn't always make a difference but I think it does for me and my sprogling) have an anterior placenta and a lazy husband (which I think he has passed on to his daughter!) I still don't always feel much! And yes, I worry myself sick!

Oh and I was told sometimes when they have a growth spurt they don't shuffle around as much as they're concentrating on growing. I had a ligament stretching pain the other night and commented to Himself "Ah, that'll be why she hasn't moved much she's growing". However my daughter has inherited my comedy timing and the second I finished that sentence she gave me an almighty kick. I genuinely despair! ;-)

There's stuff that other people swear get their kid moving but nothing except not being fussed whether she moves or not gets mine going so don't worry about that either!

So try not to worry it's all completely normal (and completely normal to drive yourself barking with worry!) :-)

hi all went to see midwife today, i thought i was 29 weeks, but she said i was 30 weeks, not sure where i lost the week lol. with have to start looking for buggy soon.
hes been quite active today, got my swinging crib up to see whats its like and cant bear to put it down down, its in the living room. having got a spare room for the baby. back at work tomorrow, but off next week.

carol-yes im still going to physio helps a little im currently trying to choose wedding songs,my dads decided to come to the wedding and is trying to take over so im fighting it back lol only a week and one day till the day :D im now 35 weeks wohooo on the home stretch

Hello!!!

Just found out about a week ago that im now roughly 14 weeks pregnant!! Its came as a bit of a shock cos it wasnt planned as Ive only just started my first job since having my first baby whos now 5 and at school. OH is over the moon as is my son (im still getting used to the idea lol)

Congrats to Bekki1 and Ladyra - you are due the same day as me although my dd was 2 weeks late so I'm not expecting this one to arrive on time!

Bet you are soooo excited honeybe21 not long to go now to your big day, (wedding not birth, although thats not far off either!). What a busy few months you'll have had. Hope the weather will be kind for you next week, whats it like up there, its still raining down here in Kent, has been for what seems like days!
