That Emma's Diary person who sends us the weekly updates said her hubby called her a 'tummy princess' when she felt fat. I told hubby to call me that and the poor man fell on the floor laughing. Still hasn't forgotten it. Meanie.
that'd be my OH's response too :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

CG  blimey how did you not hit her?

and Fac I've been drinking a litre of orange juice a day at least for the last 2 months - I can't remember when I had OJ before that, probably 3 years ago...

I'm having lots of fizzy drink cravings too - have resorted to Appletizer as it's got nothing added but it's sooooo expensive I have to restrict it to one can a day when I'd happily guzzle a 2l bottle.

    eeeeep,
under the circumstances cant the holiday company transfer you somewhere else? I dont think i would want to go there to be honest (but thats just me)
id want a nice relaxing holiday.... not to be thinking of that poor little girl,
i was going to say it will be ok as its traditional not to leave the honeymoon suite anyway so you might be alright... but hey, your already pregnant ;):D:D

Septemberbaby - Your post made me laugh as we sound very alike! I also took my Husband along to Morrisons to get the free Bounty pack & i also got one for my pregnant sister whilst i was there.
I love getting all the freebies! My NHS book is purple & green. Loads of real good stuff given to me by my Midwife! Much better than what my friend got that's for sure.
Our 1st baby is due 29th December 2007! :rudolf:
I'm hopeful that this get's me out of cooking Christmas dinner!

Baby Ruby arrived after 55 hours of labour & an emergency c section on Christmas Day at 14.41 weighing 6lb 6oz...And yes I did get out of cooking Christmas dinner!!:rotfl:

I think Becky was talking about another Bounty pack (there's a thread about it on the Freebies board, and it's really good!)

Glad to hear your scan went well :j

To all those who've been called fat....try not to let it bother you, your bumps are lovely in all their various shapes and sizes, and even if you don't think your bump is pretty, think of the reason you have a bump - it's not for decoration, it's for keeping a brand new tiny little life warm and safe. :D

My Mum and Dad of all people are hell bent on destroying my self esteem - on Xmas day (when I was about 5 months pregnant), Mum said 'You don't look pregnant, you just look a bit fat', to which my Dad replied 'Well not fat exactly, just chubby...sort of rotund.....'

Then when my Mum came over this week she pointed out that 'You've gone down a bit but you've got a bit of a tummy'

Aaaarrrggghhhh.... I gave birth ONE week ago...... of course I've got a tummy!!!
    "I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough."
