Sorry for taking up the whole bloody page!! but....

when you get a minute would you mind telling me a little bit more about when it started as i know they were quite irregular for you and you were unsure if it was the real thing or not.

Its just im feeling like you did but midwife said it was normal yesterday. I have had loads more wierd and quite painful feelings that are taking my breath away tonight but i have been under loads of stress recently and especially today so it may just be that. I am terrible with pain so its probably just nothing

I am feeling exactly like that (but then I should expect that - I think we are having the same pregnancy more or less!!). I posted earlier that the Braxton hicks were so constant my stomach muscles ache. I am hoping that all the tightening is tightening my stomach muscles (you know like those electronic belts you get!) and I will end up with a flat stomach after the birth (laughs uproariously at the very thought as it is at least 10 years since I had a flat stomach - there's more chance mine might reach my knees!).

They are getting slightly more painful and crampy but definitely nothing like labour!

Hi everyone, we are at the bottom of the list.. Thanks for this thread, we feel that it is going to be a great support to us, and one day we will be here with some good news! My OH and I have been trying 6 months, but no luck!! I am on azathioprine so dont know if thats a factor.

Its seriously scary how we are so similar Choc - I was just saying to OH that its like one of those Slendertone belts making me strong without any effort!

I cant even get into the bath because of these feelings and the baby is very quiet now but does have the hiccups, poor little thing is probably worn out, i know her mummy is.
