MSE pregnancy club II

Hi guys!!

I know technically I shouldn't still be around this thread but I love the excitement and anticipation as mothers wait for their babies to arrive its so much fun!!

Anyway Alexander is doing fine. He is a good boy - i a little nocturnal but I guess he was born at 2:45am so that's his daytime He is a week old now and I can't believe how much he has grown!!

I am struggling a bit because of all the messing about they did with me I have a water infection AND a womb infection so I am on 2 different types of antibiotics and in a fair bit of pain at times. Still totally worth it though :j

Oh and I do want to say. However many maternity pads (the tesco ones are way better than the boots ones) you have got and think you need DOUBLE IT. Same with cotton wool.

Hi Everyone.

Well am finally back from hospital. They tried to induce me 6 times but it wouldn't work!! So in the end I had a caesearean (sp?) on Monday night.

So I can announce the arrival of Tomas at 7.42pm on 7th January (13 days late!!) weighing 7lb7.

Got out of hospital on Thursday night, it feels great to be home, but must admit to be struggling a bit with the lack of sleep. Then I look at my gorgeous little bundle and it just makes it all worth it!.

Will post more and photos later, when I have more time (that's a joke now isn't it!).

Oh PS. Haven't read through all the thread from when I went in hospital, does anyone know how BumpyBecky got on as she was my due date twin?

congrats flis21. my friend was induce a few times with no luck had to have a caesean her baby was 13lb 4oz, i think she was pleased it didnt come out naturally, she was only expecting a 8lb boy.

Congratulations flis! It must have been really cosy for him where he was as he obviously was in no hurry tom come. Looking forward to seeing photos

Oh my god... I posted last night that we couldn't get pregnant, and today my "pregnant" sister came, so we nipped to Asda for a cream cake and I said I'd get a test while we were there!

Came home, and did the test... There is a faint line on the positive box.... Oh my God, I could cry... Gonna wait til I need a pee again and do the other test...

Does it sound as though I am?????? (I'm shaking!):j
