I had my 12 week scan on the 11th, and everything looks ok, good strong heartbeat, babes had its legs up in the air with ankles crossed and arms up:D
My due date is still the 28th dec, my morning sickness is dissapearing too which is good, i just can't get into my jeans anymore as they're too tight and squash my tummy, oh well, think i need to go shopping for some new clothesany excuse eh?

Popped into Tesco this afternoon, in our's they are selling 6 small tupperware boxes for £1, pink , blue or green.
I picked a couple of packs up for myself and SIL, was thinking ahead for when babe's ready for purre'd/solids, handy sized boxes for storing hm food in.If everyone cared and nobody cried, if everyone loved and nobody lied, if everyone shared and swallowed their pride then we'd see the day when nobody died.

Good morning.
I have my 38 wk check today. I had loads of twinges yesterday, lots of on and off contractions, so babyb is well getting ready. Last night at work tomorrow so then I'll be happy for he/she to come anytime. Lots of uncomfortable twinges though- suppose it's getting me well and truly ready!
Hope that you are all good. Have a good day.WW Gold Member, trying to maintain !!!Hayden born July 07Tabitha born April 05Poppy born July 030 -

Jenpoptab - how exciting, sounds like baby is ready! :j
I'm ashamed to say but I'm so fed up being pregnant.I know I shouldn't moan as I don't have any major problems or niggles, and I am very grateful that things are going so well, but I'm so fed up. I'm getting so uncomfortably big (30 weeks tomorrow), I'm constantly tired, fed up wth people commenting on my weight/size (hello Mum ), and my mood swings are not fun at all. Aaarrrrggghhh.

I'm with you on that one, Dormouse!
Had such a miserable weekend with my 'water infection' and the fact that it was the first anniversary of my miscarriage...
Hoping this week will be a bit brighter

Hi everyone, didn't think I would be back here again so soon. Hubbie and I found out on fathers day I was pregnant, i'm now 4w+3 and in big shock. Its a surprise for us all. If this LO survives we'll have 2 babies under 15 months. How i'll cope i don't know.
Jack is doing well he turned 7 months on fathers day and is sitting up, on our 4th attempt of weaning but doing everything else very textbook/average. He had a lovely temperament and always smiling.
Hope this one turns out to be the same.
I'll probably hang out in the parent club more often until I know this LO is going to stay put, i'm quite nervous about a miscarriage as it wasn't planned and I have done everything wrong!0 -
Congratulations, Bailey!!! :j

Oh bottoms, where do I start?! Had my 34wk check with consultant today which included a routine growth scan. Baby is STILL breech, not ideal but hey, plenty time to turn ... BUT it's measuring nearly 3 weeks ahead! My consultant's kindly agreed to try an ECV when I hit 37 weeks (2.5 weeks time - eek!) but isn't terribly optimistic given that I'm only small and baby's so big. My section date's been booked ... 24th July.
I SO wanted to deliver naturally, but I guess it's best to be safe all round. Of course now I'm terrified of trying to deliver a whopper if it does turn round, so I can't win!
AND I have heartburn. And my SPD-type pain is getting worse so I'm walking like a duck with colitis on bad days. And baby has recently discovered that it's fun to shove its head into my diaphragm with great force and thus impair my ability to breathe.
Pregnancy - sometimes I wonder what I was thinking! It had better be like they say - worth every minute! :rotfl:0
