 probably the latter lol.
Baby is 3/5 engaged, midwife kept saying, dont worry its ok for first baby's, but the way she said it made me think it wasnt normal at 31 weeks? I love my gorgeous little girl

well had appointment at midwife and talking about homebirths etc etc and then i find out the baby is breech???? i have 8 weeks to go and am now panicing as he has been in this position for past few weeks and doesnt turn around. i dont want a c-section and dont know what the options are. the midwifes are coming out next week to talk about homebirth but dont think i will be getting this if he doesnt move????What's for you won't go past you0
-
I think I read that first babies engage early - not that either of mine did. And they can move back out anyway. I did think our appointments might be similar, being due the same day, but mine's not until next Wednesday.
I wouldn't worry too much about baby still being breech at 8 weeks to go. My baby is still currently head up, feet down and neither sonographer nor midwife seemed to think it was a problem. It says on the baby centre website they should be getting to head down by 35-36 weeks.0 -
this is baby no4 and i have never had this before?? think i am maybe worrying a bit much but would really like a homebirth and to be honest the other 3 births were nothing like i wanted 2 inductions and one that no-one believed i was in labour until i nearly gave birth in the hospital hallway.:O:O:O
told husband not to tire himself out too much as he is getting this baby to turn one way or another pmsl:P:P:PWhat's for you won't go past you0 -
I have 7 weeks to go, and baby is lying transverse at the moment. I don't even have a midwifes appt til I'm nearly 35 weeks, so wonder what they'll say if he's still lying like that?Debts May 09 [strike]£100 Od[/strike], [strike]£1550 boiler[/strike], [strike]£1750[/strike] £400 credit card  Goal - to 3k of savings by Oct 2009 in time for Baby num 2 :j Total so far £12000
