Waters broke midnight, quick dash up the motorway to the hospital with contractions every 3 minutes....swearing like a navvy!
Into theatre and she arrived at 0255, 6lb 12.5oz with fluffy blonde hair and bright blue eyes.
best wishes and labour vibes to all who want them!

CONGRATULATIONS CASPER !
Lovely name, and thank goodness for an early arrival. I was seriously considering going away from this site, because it seems jinxed !0 -
Hi, I thought that you all might be interested in this. A friend of mine who is pregnant at the moment came across it on the Bounty Forums. It is a petition that has been started for Group B STREPTOCOCCUS.
it affects 1/3 of women in pregnancy but the nhs dont test pregnant women for it as standard. its harmless for adults but for a newborn child it can be fatal if passed on to it by the mother.
It was started by Pregnancy and Birth magazine.

By the way I am TTC baby no 3.0 -
OK ladies, i need some advice. I will prewarn you, you mqay not want to read this (tmi?)
Despite the fact that neither of us wanted to, myself and my husband decided it was time to get the baby moving this morning, so undertook the mission of having sex. It all went fine, but 10 mins after doing the deed i went to the bathroom to clean up and noticed some blood. Its just light spotting and is kinda watery. Is this normal?:)Henry James Born 18/03/2011-11 days late!:)

Maybe it's the start of something happening? I would still give the mw a ring though.
This is why I wouldn't want to go down that route of getting baby out. We tried once with DD and then I was hoping afterwards NOT to go into labour as was worried about lurking evidence when I was given an internal!0 -
Thanks ladies, just spoken to the midwife who advised its probably nothing to worry about but to keep an eye on it, and if i get any pains or bleeding carries on then to call the labour suite.
Lets face it....the baby has absolutely no intention of coming out by any means i try. I really don't want to be induced though.:)Henry James Born 18/03/2011-11 days late!:)

Fingers crossed it's the start of something jojo.
Is anyone else having really vivid, disturbing dreams?
Had quite a horrible one last night concerning my SIL and nearly had to phone her at 5:30 this morning to make sure she was ok.
Congrats capser, we'd picked out Emily for a girl too, love that name.If everyone cared and nobody cried, if everyone loved and nobody lied, if everyone shared and swallowed their pride then we'd see the day when nobody died.
ROCK IT DON'T STOP IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
BE GOOD OR BE GOOD AT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!
What's worth the prize is always worth the fight0
