Hi All,
Just a quick question. I'm just over 22 weeks pregnant now and have been getting these horrible cramps in the middle of the night. I have to get out of bed, put the light on, and pace about for 10 minutes, all the time almost crying because it hurts so much
Is there anything I can do to stop this happening so often? It's really painful and I always wake OH up too which I feel mean about.
Thanks

I can see both sides CG, and I am tempted - it was a lot easier saying I didn't want to know when I didn't have the choice without a 4D. I think I would quite like to if you can definitely tell. Though to honest, bubs does have a position it likes and that isn't legs akimbo so chances are it won't co-operate anyway! DH can live without knowing - I'm going to this scan with my mum, but there's no way I'd keep shtum as I'm too much of a bigmouth! I'm quite excited whichever way it goes, just don't want to get it wrong. One of my friends found out the sex and named the baby months ago, and is now sick of the name but her daughter picked it, so I dont' think I'd name it early. Scan is on 1st October so will keep you posted! I hope you are doing ok - I seem to have seen your signature for ages and ages and ages - at least it's getting nearer the end!
thats the thing, there was no way of finding out for us the first time round! but now its so common we couldnt miss out on a 4D scan! i highly recommend it even if you dont want to know the sex, the experience in itself is just amazing!
Little Daniel here has been transverse for ages, laying on his back with his hands and feet right infront of his face but once we got a good look his 'bits' were VERY obvious!
I cant imagine getting sick of the name after a few months! after all your planning to use it forever! maybe your friend wasnt that keen anyway! lol
we decided on both sexes names long before the scan, so its lovely being able to call him Danny (and im full naming him already when hes being naughty!)
as for the signature... tell me about it! :rotfl:
ive known about this baby since i was 4 weeks :eek:0 -
Congratulations
What has happened to our early Sept mums. Whats the bet you will all have your babies on the same day?
hope your feeling better now zoomy! i HATE not being able to sleep...i think i could cope with everything else if i had just had enough kip!
(still got the ear infections... dont you think on my 5th day of antibiotics I should be feeling better by now?)
and dont say that about all our sept girls going off at once! Ophie would wear a hole in her pacing carpet!
congrats also to Pjcity, tsstss7 and Bozbear, welcome aboard!0 -

Hi guys,
Can I ask a quick question? I am having my 24 week check up with the midwife tomorrow - do I need to take a wee sample?? I havne't seen my midwife or spoken to her since she booked me in at 8 weeks. I have been up to the hospital to antenatal (emergency scans when I lost the twin) and there I DID need a week sample every time but I don't know if this is wee every time or wee just up at hospital.
Any ideas??? Oh and my appointment is 2:45pm so if I DO need a sample does it have to be first morning??
Thanks

Shelvis, I do need to bring wee to every appointment, both midwife and GP. I've never been told it has to be the first one though, so bring whatever I make
. So go relieve yourself for now and worry about the little bottle later.
