    Hiya Miss Pink

I was TTCing for 2 years! Feel free to PM me for any tips.

Yep you can menstruate without ovulating.

When TTCing - it is recommended to BD every other night if possible. This seems really successful ( from the baby forum I go on).

I think that checking for ovualtion is sometimes needed as we all lead busy and hectic lives and BD ing every other day is really tricky.
To check for ovulation you take your temp or check for CM - PM me if you need a bit more info on this.

After such a long time TTCing I bought a clear blue digital monitor and got my BFP - Yay.

I am happy to pass on any of tips and stuff x

    Good Luck x

Good idea miss-pink as these lot seem very good at getting pregnant!

Have been using the ovulator predictor tests this month. Apparently I haven't ovulated at all and I know I was testing at the right time. I understand that some women don't actually ovulate every month. Has anyone else experienced this? Will I still have a period?

Am starting to think there's something wrong with me :(

    Hiya

I didn't ovulate every month and didn't ovulate a while after I miscarried either.

Are you using a digital monitor - or just basic ebay sticks ( as I think the ebay sticks are difficult to read).
Also I can't remember why but its best to test in the eve - Just after tea to get a good result for ovulation.

Just checking what day of your cycle did you test? I used to ovulate 14 days before AF but I had an irregular cycle so it was tricky to monitor and a couple of times I ovulated 10/7 days before AF.

Feel free to PM me if you want x

What are these 'periods' everyone's talking about? :p
A friend of mine recently asked me which I preferred - periods or pregnancy. At that time I had really bad back ache, my pelvis felt like it was ripping apart, acid heartburn obviously and had only had 5 hours of pee-disturbed sleep. I just gave her an evil look.

I used superdrug ovulation sticks at the beginning to catch the right date, but then just relied on the mucus, and was ovulating day 17 of cycle, like clockwork. I got thinking about the physics of it in the end, as I have a tilted cervix (so it's tilted to the front instead of straight up), so the month I got pregnant I was trying a new tactic - instead of bum in the air, I laid around on my belly erm... afterwards ;). And here I am :T. I'm sure I'll be doing that again for second baby ( ) without any success .

Hey SeptemberBaby, remember we were talking about that tummy line thing? Well, I'm finally getting one - at 36 weeks  (if it wasn't for DH I wouldn't have noticed it as I haven't seen my lower tummy in weeks now :o)

Thats just sooooooo unfair! :D I've just tried desperately to see if mine has arrived but, alas, no! (as far as I can tell :o).
Not only do I suffer from Bump Envy but now its Line Envy too  :rotfl:

Hi, I'm measuring off the scale for my last two visits now as well. First time nearly a week ahead and last time a week and a half ahead (Measuring 35 1/2 weeks at 34 wks). Not as much as you I know but it still worries me. Mw seems completely unconcerned but I am going to bring it up at next visit. She said charts are mainly to monitor for small babies but I am going to bring it up again.

I will definately mention it again when I go next week. There is a chart in my notes which they mark each time they measure so I'm hoping it will even itself out! I'm sure everything will be OK. Try not to worry too much xx
