Pm sent kaja, I know its off topic slightly but!

Anyone else thinking of giving up smoking should try and get a copy of Allen Carrs easyway to stop smoking, it has an enormous 95% success rate.

Thats the reason I stopped smoking almost 50 cigarettes a day after 23 years, oh my poor lungs!

Sorry for also being off topic, but that's what I used Rag - and I can't talk abuot it without sounding like I work for him so I won't, but really good book, go and see the reviews on amazon :)

so finally, i got herbal essence and john freida brilliant brunette original shampoo conditioner, can't wait to try them :j. however, i already have mcadam, dove, headandshoulder, nutri gloss opened and half way thro the bottles. ooh feel so pampered so extravagance to have so many choices :p. i know i couldn't resist to open the new bottles and the bathroom shelves are getting cluttered. OH only touches one shampoo one shower gel until they are finished, but i will use a bit of this and a bit of that, must be a woman thing... ooh the best way to resist temptation is to give in... i love shampoo :p

it is possible to shampoo twice in one wash, isn't it? so i can use up the doggy fructis for initial wash, then use a posh one to pamper the hair? or maybe i can let OH to use it, he hasn't got much hair left so he won't see the difference anyway. :D:D:rotfl:

forgot to mention the johnson baby suncream £9.99 bogof from the last offer is really good quality, i rubbed on generously just before going out driving (don't want to have one arm darker than the other), and it is absorbed totally and the skin still feel smooth and soft without the grease, shine or any residue. i m very impressed . oh well, i already opened the nivea and laboratory garnier sun spray lotions and again, they r not even half way thro the bottles, i just couldn't help it. want to try everything. :D

OH is using the nivea one throughout the year for his ears and bald patch and it seems to be ok too. he said the lab garnier one stained his teeshirt but it doesn't stain mine.

should have buy more johnson baby suncream but nevermind, we don't get much sunshine anyway.

    I got 2 x £2.58 off any Activia yoghurt.
I had to nip intp Tescos to spend my bzzagent Activia MOC as they expire today despite only arriving this morning!

Mine too - so after mystery shopping a certain pizzeria, I popped into Tescos. I didn't have many vouchers with me but was carrying some random points vouchers just incase. Anyway, I saw one of my fav boys on the self-scanner so knew I would be OK getting a few extra bits and picked up a mint plant reduced to 14p gaining 20 points.

I didnt get any h&b but had a browse thru the aisle and picked up some mini after eight packs reduced to 12p each so bought 10 packs as little stocking fillers ready for Christmas. As I left I picked up some quits lots around.

When I got home I checked the date on the after eights and it's October 2007 - shame to let them go to waste LOL !

Sorry this is such a long post but I'm SO excited.
    I DID IT!!!!!!!!:j :j :j

That's great news Bobbykins! I remember coming home from my first h&b shop with this huge grin from ear to ear, and everyone thought I had gone loopy. She's only just come back from Tesco! I could hear them thinking.

I warn you though, this couponing lark can become very addictive. It's my other hobby when I don't get my freebie hunting fix :rotfl:

I am the opposite to you vellum :)

I open one and use it all up and then go on to the next. My family does the opposite to me and opens one of each kind, including 3 different toothpastes at the moment  ;)

it is fun though trying all the stuff I wouldn't normally get to try :T

I'm hoping to get some sanitary towels with this promotion.

Has anyone done this combo? If so, what vouchers did you use?

To anyone who get the Bzzagent Activa vouchers with a July use by date, I would contact them. They seem to have sent some people vouchers with a July date and others with a September date.

I think the ones that are worth £2.58 (to get the free 8 packs) are dated till 31st July but the 50p ones are dated to 30th Sept. I think thats where confusion lies cos people are mentioning the 50p ones and not the £2.58 ones. HTH Also someone else mentioned that actually contacting danone would be better than buzz cos buzz have just said bad luck to some people and blamed the postal strike. So that might be worth a try.

I checked last night and there is one of these for sale on ebay with the CDs, low start price. Otherwise it might be worth asking on your Freecycle group if someone has a copy you can borrow.

My husband gave up nearly 12 years ago, still cant believe it. At that time you had no help so the only thing we could find to help were herbal cigarrettes from Holland and Barrett and a lot of will power. He still has the cravings now, just as bad but giving up makes you fantically anti smoking.
My husbands grandfather and both of his parents had early deaths due to smoking related illnesses, rough being with your parents and watching them die, gasping for breathe
