I hear you. Finally, Babiesrus had to dispatch out another package as no one could find the original. It took another 5 days to arrive but did get here. And yesterday, the FAMAC van arrived with -- you guessed it -- the original package. Terrible service.0

Ah good to see i'm not the only one having problems with Famac.
A couple of months back I signed up with Kays and placed my first order and was told it would be with me in a couple of days, all well and good I thought. A week later still nothing so I phoned up Kays and they told me there had been a delay but it will be with me any day now. 2 Weeks later still nothing so I phoned again and the advisor told me the parcel appears to have gone missing and would I like a replacement ordered, no I said and I cancelled the order. A couple of days later didn't Famac make an appearance with my parcel and 4 other parcels to 4 other house in my estate which contains 6 house. I did not accept the parcel and it went back to Kays. It's pretty obvious they hold on to there parcels until they have enough to deliver to your area.
This conclusion was again confirmed today. I had placed another order with Kays just over 3 weeks ago and again was told it would be with me in a couple of day. I phoned Kays last week and asked about it and was told the same as the above that the order seems to have gone astray and would I like to order a replacement, I said yes this time. This morning 3 weeks and 5 days after placing the order Famac made an apperance with my 2 Parcels, the one which had apparantly gone astry and the replacement order which was only ordered last week and 3 others to different houses in my estate.
So its pretty obvious what there at. They hold on to all the parcels until they have enough in your area to go out and deliver them.0 -

Had similar problems guys, orders late from bargain crazy and Boots, complained like mad to Boots and then emailed Famac telling them what I had done. All packages arrived next morning from a highly indignant driver, thought it was just a coincidence, until I got an email from CS at boots that lunchtime checking my order had arrived OK that morning.
Worth complaining to the actual company you bought from as Boots seemed to put a rocket up them :rolleyes:I am trying, honest;) very trying according to my dear OH:rotfl:0
