Have FAMAC gone under or something? I've not had them deliver anything to me in ages. Most things come by Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Citylink or Parcelnet now. My buying habits haven't changed though - just seems that the companies I buy from have stopped using FAMAC. No bad thing I hasten to add.

They're under the HDN now, most catalogues are still using them as far as I know. Additionsdirect have told me they are receiving huge amount of complaints from them and didnt realise that it was the same people until I told them, my delivery driver is the same person as it always has been and he says he's famac staff

Be warned - as mentioned previously, Tesco Direct uses HDN, although to be fair, I had no problem with my last delivery apart from it being a day late.

My girlfriend ordered something from a company and we got a card through our door saying HDN on it.

I was initially suspicious, as HDN is a crap name for a company (sounds like the kind that a fraudster would make up for a fake firm that disappears overnight) but I Googled it and indeed, I find that it is Famac's latest incarnation.

We had been in the house at the time, which was a bit annoying. Attempts to ring them to arrange redelivery failed. The parcel was returned to the company and they had to resend it.

Not impressed with HDN so far.
