Hello ladies!! I'm very excited to be joining in on this thread! I've been engaged since Feb 2011 and these past few weeks we've finally set a date for the wedding - April 12th :j
We're getting married in the Caribbean and I'm not nearly half as organised as anybody else here! It's very laid back over there though so it's all good (I hope!). The reception venue is booked but that's about all so far. Trying to lose a few lb's already too!0 -
Where are you getting married RachyD?

I have created a very lovely wedding book / scrap book of all my organisation plans & plan to take it to the reception! Its full of every stage of preperation ideas (as I have not yet booked anything but know exactly what I will book thanks to my prep book hehe). Love not only to be organised but isn't plnning the wedding most of the fun? Hopfully when I come to booking everything then this will be a lot less stressful. Also builds up the hype pre wedding day !0

Hi everyone, been lurking but not posted for a while as been rather busy planning!
We have finally found a wedding car we love, so that is booked.
After about a month of research and lots of calls and emails we finally have our florist booked - this basically takes care of venue styling too, we should have relatively little to sort on that front now as she takes care of the finishing touches. We have, however, sneaked in a little shopping trip for some lovely candles and vases
We have the first design from our stationer so should get that decided in next few weeks.
I found some comfortable 5 inch heels so got my first pair of wedding shoes! The pair I have set my heart on are OOS until autumn - gives me time to save :rotfl:
Oh and I've decided to try making the cake - practice run this weekend I reckon!
Most exciting of all... Honeymoon booked!:jMFW 2017 #123 2018: £1,852.64/£39,200 (4.7%)0 -
