Hello everyone ... can I join in?
We've just started with our CCCS DMP. We haven't actually paid into it yet, and haven;t had our online password so I'm not sure how far we're along with the creditors.
I actually feel a bit sick about it and very worried. But there was nothing else we could do so I'd love it if you lovely people wouldn't mind me joining in this group?
I haven't been able to read through it all so I hope noone minds if I ask questions that have already been answered?

I am not so old on this either, but I feel like part of the "gang" now.

Can you just imagine a DMP free reunion in about 10 years time when we are all hopefully debt free?? We will be happy, stress free and just wondering what dinner to get from Marks and Spencer..... I await the day with baited breath !

Thank to all inspirations, I hope I can be an inspiration to someone one day and make an impact too. You are all an inspiration to me to keep my chin up and keep going.

Well back from my little holiday.

The site was lovely and not busy so we had a free rein for the pool,sauna and spa.The caravan was nice and the weather was really good. Had a really great time and the kids loved it. Spent a bit too much but should last until payday as I recieved £94 via Quidco and TCB :j .

Hope you are all well and I am at work at the moment suffering from first day back blues.

WELCOME SPENDTHRIFT66- well done for taking the first steps re DMP. I am just beginning one too and make my first payment this month. You have come to the right place for support and advice, everyone here is fantastic!

Re my own DMP - well had far too many missed calls on my mobile and could only assume they were from a creditor so I decided to be brave and call them back. Surprise suprise it was MBNA - the guy was actually not too bad I explained to him my situation and he kept pressing (not threatening) as to whether I could make a payment to which I just said I couldn't. I told him that I had received a letter from their assistance team etc and he was happy and noted the call etc and wished me a plesant evening. I am under no illusions that there will be more calls but at least I was brave and dealt with this one!

Halifax are being a mare - not acknowledged my letters yet so I am sending them another one just to annoy them!

All in all not too bad, just keeping my fingers crossed that they all accept the offers!
