    morning all
well done ida thats great its very hard thing to do and i wish you well.

on the dmp side received another default this morning so thats 2 now first one from ge money now have one from egg. (do i just file them or shall i ring creditors etc) I have made first payment through cccs and creditors have all received payment but now all creditors ringing to say not received paperwork. I have been told by cccs this is a common occurance which i am sure it is.
I have received letter today from M&s saying please contact us if you are having problems and even listing cccs on their letter (do they not read correspondence) I know most of the letters are standard so i am not getting too round up.
Capital one have sent me income and expenditure form to complete should they not have already had this from cccs and do i complete this or just let them know cccs will send?
Had one call already today from barclaycard but they are putting account on hold for a week to receive paperwork , guy was okay on the phone.

sorry for the questions but it seems that whilst all has been quiet the calls and mail are in supply again, suppose this is all part of the dmp rocky road.
At work later so bye for now.

    take care all

I wish. Nowhere near the lottery. Going to have to sort out my financial future myself :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Well done on the smoking front ida. Gave up myself for 4 months before this DMP malarky started. Will give up again though.

bow. Divert everything through CCCS. The creditors are just trying it on to see if the income/expenditure differs from the one you did with CCCS. Trying to catch you out.

toasti. Well done on contacting EGG and glad you feel better.

bowz25 and toasti, we are with Payplan. They do not need default letters sent to them and I basically ignore them as I am sure many do. Take a fax no. from any bank that rings saying they don't have documents eg letter of authority and income and expenditure acc. and pass it onto Payplan or CCCS. They will then forward stuff again to the bank. Payplan do anyway so I assume CCCS will.

It doesn't do any harm to ring banks but isn't normally nec. re default notices imho. It also saves money if you don't unless your ph. use is free of course.

Any more questions just fire ahead bearing in mind I am no expert but there are others on here who are becoming experienced at all this. It does get a lot easier once the banks start receiving payments. We hardly get any, if any, calls these days and am starting to see a fair bit of interest frozen.
