Been issued with enforcement notices from LLOYDS, which has really scared me.Hubby has had his debt with Nationwide pass to KPR dca anyone had any dealings with them? NEXT still hasen't accepted dmp as yet.
I wonder what's gonna happen next?

Good morning
Craftingqueen Sorry to hear things not good for you at the moment. I think they are using estimated readings (don't know how they can estimate at £400 a month though !!!!!!). I don't understand enforcement notices but I can imagine you are worried. I haven't had any dealings with KPR but I have had dealings with Next - they didn't wait to receive my payment offer from CCCS and passed a/c over to a DCA who took me to court so I now have a CCJ  Oh well at least they can't chase me for more money now
Newlywed Good news about GE refunding your interest charges.
Bolton Sorry to hear about your problems with Lloyds. Both you and craftingqueen are having a bad time with them at the moment.
Ex Sorry to hear you were turned down for Co-op a/c.
Not much happening with me at the moment. I am still waiting to hear which DCA Barclays have passed/sold my loan to. The loan a/c disappeared from online banking 2 weeks ago but haven't heard anything from them.
I am in the process of reclaiming charges from CC's, Studio and Great Universal.
I have sent letters requesting list of charges from Barclaycard, Goldfish and Citi Cards as only have statements from 2004 and I am sure I was charged in 2001/2002 when my ex-H left me.
Yesterday I sent initial letter requesting full refund (not claiming interest at the mo but will if they don't pay up) from Studio (£20), Great Universal (£67) and Capital One (£84). As these are only small amounts I'm hoping they will just pay up.
Anyway better go and do some housework.

not been on for a while nothing to report on the DMP front but I am the bearer of good news today.....My WFTC has been sorted out so I can now plan a proper budget pay off my bills aand IOU's to family! I am so excited I might even treat myself to a haircut!!!
Hope all are well I have been dipping in for a quick read everyday. I am sure it will soon be time for my review with payplan too.
Dreamer999 good luck with your charges - i am going to have a look at that again i think soon.
Newleywed did you just write to GE and ask for your interest back or dfid you have a fight abou it?
hugs to everyone who needs one and hugs to those of you who just want one!!0 -

No, they had written to me saying interest charges would be stopped for the "duration of the agreement". Then a month later they charged £160 interest!
So I rang the number on the bottom on the actual letter saying interest would be suspended and said how come????? They said interest should have stopped two weeks after my first DMP payment so they will adjust the statement and if I see any more interest charged on my statements then I am to ring them to get them to sort it out.
Only fight was to get through to the department I'd rung as their phone system kept redirecting the call to another department as they were busy and they wouldn't transfer me till I threw a strop :rolleyes:working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -

Enforcement notices?? What are they??
I telephoned CSSC this morning and they told me that they had sent out the proposal to Lloyds on the 12th June and that was 2 weeks ago! Surely he was extracting the urine out of me last night!
N-Power have also upped my monthly payments to £93 for the electric and £64 for the gas! How they have come to that figure out I don't know! This cold snap ain't helping! Where's the summer gone!
Hang in there CQ!!

Not necessarily. Sometimes they send calls out to call centres to ring to collect payments and yet they can't see the rest of your file (happened to me with someone calling on behalf of Mint who weren't on a Mint phone number so I refused to talk to them and rang Mint direct).
Sometimes the departments don't talk to each other - like today GE money "collections department" couldn't tell me what was going on, had to speak to another "financial solutions" department.
Eventually it will filter through or else you will get someone in the right department who knows what they are talking aboutworking on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -
Hi everyone

Hi all - Hi Tecee nice to hear from you and glad things are quiet in your world! I'm now on day 3 and seem to be coping (most of the time) although when I shout at the children I bet they wouldn't agree!!! So much money saved in 3 short days that should surely be motivation enough.
love and hugs to all
