Tell that to barclays !!!!!

We are getting these phone calls now on a daily basis
had one today @ 1.06pm When i told the guy on the other end off the phone
that the acc't was in dispute and when it was setteled i would bring the acc back in line he said very abruptly " we will continue to hastle you untill it is paid" (IE the overdraft) It upset my partner that much because she answerd the phone that i had to take over the phone call

Hi all, i am new to this so please bear with me, has anyone claimed or claiming with barclays? i am just i the midst of it all! i got my statements after alot of phone calls, i sent the original letter sending my cheque etc and they sent the cheque back saying they would not charge me i gave them the 40 days and nothing! so i called them and they said they would send them and eventually after a few more phone calls they sent them. so i have now sent them the next letter asking for my money giving them 14 days, i received a reply saying they were sorry i was unhappy with the charges and they were looking into it but it could take longer than 14 days more like 4-8 weeks. do i give them the extra time or send them the letter? the 14 days is now up? its about £5 thousand i'm claiming. any advice would be much appreciated0
