corect me if iam wrong but it is Bank Holiday today ?
    Tell that to barclays !!!!!
over the last couple off weeks we (my partener and i )
have been getting harasisng phone calls from barclays
ever since we filed with MCOL
they keep telling us that we must clear the overdraft, and
bring the account up to date
We are getting these phone calls now on a daily basis
had one today @ 1.06pm When i told the guy on the other end off the phone
that the acc't was in dispute and when it was setteled i would bring the acc back in line he said very abruptly " we will continue to hastle you untill it is paid" (IE the overdraft) It upset my partner that much because she answerd the phone that i had to take over the phone call

PLEASE can someone tell me iff they can get away with this as it now is upseting us both these constant calls even at 8 pm at night

Regards oldand skint (aka dave )

i am right in thinking i can claim : o/draft excess fee and unpaid DD
  • Hi all, i am new to this so please bear with me, has anyone claimed or claiming with barclays? i am just i the midst of it all! i got my statements after alot of phone calls, i sent the original letter sending my cheque etc and they sent the cheque back saying they would not charge me i gave them the 40 days and nothing! so i called them and they said they would send them and eventually after a few more phone calls they sent them. so i have now sent them the next letter asking for my money giving them 14 days, i received a reply saying they were sorry i was unhappy with the charges and they were looking into it but it could take longer than 14 days more like 4-8 weeks. do i give them the extra time or send them the letter? the 14 days is now up? its about £5 thousand i'm claiming. any advice would be much appreciated :p
