Thanks jester,
It's so helpful and somewhat of a relief to know that so many people are going through the same thing and no stone is left unturned!
I'm grateful to everyone on here that posts!
Thanks again.0 -
I am not actually saying that the banks employees are stirring it up i was saying that somebody has come on here said they have lost a case they have then asked for advice and when we come to down to it nobody has replied since to me in my own opinion i think that somebody is maybe telling little porkies to scare all the lloyds customers and other banks too and this isnt to upset people i know that this site is to help people but it will also help us if we know what is going on look at all the advice and questions this person has got asked and they havent replied Lets just wait and see?
And i will apoligise in advance truely if this person has lost is case we are all behind them all the way
ditto, keeps the mind active and adds to the overall picture of events, how would the media or judge react if there were moles giving out false imformation to deter prospective claimants? thanks.0 -
i think i may have made a huge booboo with my mcol as i didnt know there was a set thing to write, [i have not been on this site long and had been dealing with this on my own]
i have just read it and it is alot more than i have wrote on mine!
all i wrote was that it i find charges applied to my account are unfair and dissproportinate and that i would ask for all and any charges made to my account be refunded to me.
i also didnt know that what i was typing in when i did it was what would be sent out as i have been flying blind on this reclaiming buissness because when it first started it was just a case of write a couple of letters get back your money then wosh all of a sundden nearly everyones going to court.
is this going to make a huge impact should halifax defend by monday?:rotfl: it's all making my head spin!!!!!!0 -
If the bank defend, which they won't do on Monday being a Bank Holiday so you will need to wait, you'll then need to send in a full POC with your list of charges etc preferabley to the court and the bank.0

Decided to chase it up and managed to track down a phone number 01264 832297. The woman I spoke to could not have been more helpful and promised the money would be in asap. :j0 -

A few pages back on this forum I suggested that you contact your local MP regardless of which party.
I did this and I have just received an email back saying he is contacting the DTI over the issues raised.
The DTI is a very powerful body and not one the banks will dismiss lightly
If all the local MP's did this, sooner or later the matter will be raised in the House. The Winner Takes it All0 -
