The OP has posted for advice although this can't be given without more detail so please just leave it at that.
Hi Edinburghlass
As there is a Natwest employee posting in other forums, why not others.
I think the point here is .... was there another Lloyds case whereby they won.
I am not trying to over dramatise this but I am getting so disturbed reading posts from ordinary people who very clearly are at their wits end and are being harassed by banks, the posts are full of it. It is obvious that all the banks are reading these posts, Martin's site is now very high profile. The Winner Takes it All0 -
Any bank employee coming on the forum posting erroneous info would soon be found out.
I'd be more surprised if there weren't bank employees on the forum for monitoring purposes.Hamsters have no tact and diplomacy, nor do they want any.0 -

It's easy to use Yahoo etc and remain hidden
Yes, without doubt there are bank staff registered on the forums to report feedback. The Winner Takes it All0 -

tezi is right to query this post.
Edinburghlass, what do you think
hi cyberman!! i think that you good be right here i read that and my first thoughts on it was holy s*** they have won again so i went to investigate a little more and there is know media on the banks winning for a second time anywhere and im sorry but whether this person would like it or not if another person would have lost we would know about it we might not know who but we would deffo know that the banks have won for a second time im sure of it it is a scare tactic to put us of so if they are winning then they will want it all over the news to put us that already have a claim in with them off!!
And it is strange that this merc asks us for advice on this and doenst come back on 1 post only very strange ! sorry but i agree with cyberman we all have are own opions!0 -
This is an open forum, anyone and everyone has a right to post. Equally everyone has a right to their own opinion, however this is a help forum and this sort of discussion helps no-one.
There have been many bank employees posting on the forums and I certainly wouldn't preclude them from receiving help just because of their occupation.
Indeed natweststaffmember has been very helpful on this board and I believe on CAG as well. You'll also find occasions on another board where a "main man" of a well known bank has helped a user/users and they are to be applauded for that.
Oh and MSE and Martin have been pretty high profile for some years
Lets leave it at that please and I'd like to personally ask the user to post again and hopefully we can see if there is anything that can be done to help them.0 -
Wondering if anyone can give me advise, I filed on line claim against Halifax on 16th May, after waiting 8 weeks and having my claim declined, paid £250.00 to the court and the claim has now been acknowledged, yesterday I receive a letter offering me 50% of the original claim, with no mention of the court costs or interest. I managed to get them to agree to the full amount that I orginaly asked for, but I would not receive the court cost or interest, not trying to be greedy but it was the halifax who told me to take them to court after the 8 weeks were up and now 2 weeks later they will offer the full amount after I have paid another £250.00 costs. I dont know what to do now should I wait until the final date of their defence time and see what happens or should I just take what they have offered me and swallow the £250.00 costs, has anyone else found themselves in this situation and if so what do you suggest I do. This Site has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process.

Hi everyone.
Well have sent off my questionnaire and court fee with Abbey so just playing the waiting game the total with interest is £5831 so i can wait. Just doing hubbys first letter to Alliance and Leicester who have closed his account without telling him, his totals over £3000 so hopefully this year should get my roof fixed lol.

I claimed through the FO and last week received a letter from them to say LLoyds had settled in full. I returned a form to the FO and have received an acknowledgement from them but still no money from Lloyds. Should I contact them as it's been 10 days since they offered and if so which number do I call.
Clydesdale also settled but mad the cheque out in the wrong name. It's very frustrating now I know I've won but can't get my hands on the money.0
