It's still open. I have other accounts so if Halifax were to close it I would simply move back to Nat West.0

Please can you help my son phoned his bank and asked for a list of bank charges ,the very nice man said he would and gave him a ref number .The letter that came says they have registered and stored his complaint Please retain your bank records , as this will make it easier for you to support your complaint on resolution of the test case.
What should he do now phone them again to get a list of the charges?0 -

Is the arrears are £2400.00 have they not started eviction proceedings?
the problem is we do not have a rental agreement and the landlord gets paid in cash.(tax evading probably)
yes the landlord is putting us out next friday!!
he wrote a letter as the a&l asked for but now they are saying that it is no good(keep shifting the goalposts)
we are now in a situation when it comes to next friday we will be homeless but the A&L say that we are still not in financial hardship???
whats my next move because im running out of time and options??0 -

Has the landlord written to you to state he is going to evict you?
Is there anywhere else you can go?
I would seek legal advice from CAB to be honest as well. Did you pay a deposit for the house?0 -
