so should i phone them asking that first or should i phone money management and go through the long convo that is expected x
and no they havnt said why they dont think im not in financial hardship will they give me the reason over the phone x

also just thought i would say, got a letter today saying as of 1st of Nov 09 the halifax charges are been reduced, is that not in itself saying that their charges were too high in first place or is it so they get on right side of courts pending the case.0

it is will halifax not barclays x x do you mean ring there money team befor asking them for a final response as to why they dont think im in hardship x also i cant get any credit because of the debts ive got so no worry there:p0
