Hi
Im not sure if the charges for unpaid direct debits applied to my Egg Loan qualify as bank charges. I've just received statements for my Egg Loan for the past 4 yrs and see that I've a total of £400 charges  (each one a charge of £20) never mind any interest! I'd be interested to know whether I could claim these back
Any advice appreciated!0 -

- The thing is - these are bank charges - If I claim these will be put on hold until the court decision is reached - right?
thanks again0 -
Hi, My girlfriend reiceved an £8 charge for being £8 short on a Direct debit payment. She was then charged £25 and then repeatedly charged for not paying it. She paid none of the charges. It has gone to debt collectors and now a solicitor who's threatening Litigation. It now totals £444.
Is it possible to use the reclaiming system to cancel this debt if these charges are unlawful?
Also is it too late to to appeal this and would court procedings be delayed while this is done?
Any help would be great, thanks!!0 -

Send a list, if you use the Interest Calculator in Martin's article here..

you can print out the resultant list and send that.0
