Not Sure if i have done this correct but wonder if anyone can help
I claim about 18 months ago from barclays and won however i have recieved alot more charges since then is it worth reclaiming again
I made a claim with them just over a year ago and won, but i closed my account as i didnt want to give them the satisfaction of charging me again.
Since then i have made 2 claims with Halifax on the same account and won both of them too, so its always worth asking for what is rightfuly yours.

Hey all
Have just recieved a letter from HBOS today saying i qualify under the financial hardship rules, and they are refunding me £1040 within 14 days. This is but £10 shy of what i asked for and includes interest!!0 -
Hi,
This might sound like a really daft question but do I send my claim letter to my branch or to Natwest Customer Services?
Thanks!

Hi
I have received several letters along with both bank and credit card statements (as I am maing several attempts with various accounts to reclaim) that say they beleive they arein the right to charge us and it is stated in the terms of the account contract which I automatically agreed to on opening an account. Is this correct or are they just attempting to wriggle their way out and try and stop me proceeding? I have quite a few modest amounts to claim so want to get on with it if I can.
Many thanks
GH

I hope someone can advise....
I recently re-submitted my claim against Nationwide under the hardship ruling and after several weeks of chasing them they have written to me with an offer of around half of what I had asked for. When I rang them to question why it was not for the full amount, they said that they had investigated my complaint and in 2003 I had £20K deposited into my account so they would not take that years worth of charges into consideration as I would not have been experiencing financial hardship then, The money was actually a loan which was used to renovate my house as it was practically unlivable. I am a bit miffed by this, it isn't as if I was using the money for a new car or clothes! They said that they didn't care what I had used the money for. Is it worth fighting? You cant have everything; where would you put it?Reclaimed: marbles c/card-£131.00,MBNA c/card-£385.00,Capital One c/card-£230.00,Natwest c/card-£248.68,Nationwide PPI-£1590.88,Nationwide c/card-£56.21,Barclays PPI-£2805.280
