  • I dont mind waiting and in fact im not 'banking' excuse the oun on getting anything back I am just so p***** with the attitude of their staff this morning when all i wanted was £125 reduction in this months charges and all they wanted to do was give me a personal loan!

So if it comes off great, but nothing ventured nothing gained.
    cc £1023.71
    loan £829.37
    overdraft £2500
  • Oh incidentally inthe letter template i have opted for the paragraph asking them to continue dealing with it under the rules of hardship as I lost my job.
    cc £1023.71
    loan £829.37
    overdraft £2500
  • I'm looking into the possibility of reclaiming credit card charges, but before I start I was wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to ask for charges back if the credit card is included in an IVA?
  • Oops think I have posted my question to wrong place. I have a reclaim letter in with Royal Bank of Scotland for over £1500 with interest. Latterly I was due the bank £28 but with their charges month on month it is now over £400. They have now placed my account with a debt collector. The money they took from me in charges was actually my DSS money. What can I do? Helpppppppppp

    Hi
I have two current accounts at Barclays. Do these require two separate letters?

You can ask for your charges back under financial hardship if they were in fact taking your benefit money and as far as I'm aware these cases are not on hold. You will find all the information on this site. Good luck
  • I'm not worried if they close the account to be honest after the attitude of their staff
    :T
    +1

  • IN July last year I successfully reclaimed over £2000 from my bank in charges from my account and joint account with my wife. But unfortunately there have been times that I have gone over again and been charged by my bank. Can I still put another claim in for those charges, which in one month was £125 for being £100 over the agreed overdraft?
