    Can anyone help me?

My first question is does anyone know the correct address for Abbey so that i get a quicker reply? My next question is can i combine the first two template letters into one i.e. Can i state in the 1st letter that i will begin court proceedings if they do not pay the charges within 14 days?

    thanks

Hi everyone, can anyone help me, i have all my staements checked and a letter drafted but a question:

Is it possible to combine the 1st two letters into one, i.e. state on the 1st letter that I intend to start court proceedings if I do not recieve a reply within 14 days?

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Thanks

Why would you want to do that? Follow the timescale as laid out in Martin's article as being the tried and tested route.

Today iam going to start court proceedings against MBNA, who actually told me take us to court and against a car finance company who, told me......never received your recorded delivery letter, i was wrong to claim late payment charge, they can charge what they like, cant supply me with breakdown of charges, i dont know what im doing, and they will win in court, very nervy about this in case i make a mistake along the line, just hope its straightforward.
