    Bank: Nationwide
    Amount reclaimed: £8446
    Amount Received: Nil
Story: I started this case a couple of months ago, and like most cases the bank said no, so I started court proceedings, Nationwide filled an acknowledgement but did not file a defence, so I asked for a "Judgement by default" thinking that I would automaticly win by default, so you can imagine my suprise this morning when I checked with the moneyclaim website to see how my case was proceeding, only to find it had been Rejected.

Presumably Nationwide have now filed a defence, you need to check with MCOL.

Can I make another claim to natwest.

we have a joint account and claimed from them in February with all correspondence in my name only.

They have charged us just over £300.00 since then and want to know if we can claim using my husbands name only this time.
