How long do you have to change your booking?
Is it helping posting on here or just muddying the waters for you?
14 days prior departure and mudding the waters:D looking at

hotel 1 and the one underneath now.... so far0 -
If its AI that you want and thats the most important aspect of the break then i wouldnt worry that the hotel was in the middle of nowhere. but the food and hotel facilities would need to be good. this hotel doesnt seem ti fit that bill so if u have another option, then i think i,d try to change.0

In which case, that sounds quite expensive to me, you could stay in hotels for 2 weeks for that sort of price (dependent upon when you go).
£100 a night is a lot IMO.
In fact when do you want to go? I reckon there must be a cheaper package deal. Are you definitely wanting AI?
No this what happened with the AI, he said you may as well it is £18 more that's all it is, push push, sell sell I was sold I never asked for AI got pushed it on me and fully agreed because for an extra £18....0 -

Thanks balletshoes please see other post about how we ended up with AI:D
I was quite happy with breakfast so that when you wake up you don't have to rush around hunting for breakfast....it just escalated0 -
I just looked on Thomas Cook. In early May you can stay for 7 nights B&B in a hotel in Tenerife (I haven't checked quality, TC rank it as 4* but that doesn't mean much) for £277 per person, flights transfers the lot. I don't know how much your flights and transfers are now, but considering it's only 3 nights, I'd say if you can, cancel entirely, and re-think.......0

I've been to Costa Adeje and it was like Cocoon
Los Cristianos is lovely - get it swapped if you can, go with an open frame of mind if you cant but enjoy it. It will be better than here thats for certain and you will feel the sun and no amount of trip advisor moans can spoil that.Cogito ergo sum. Google it you lazy sod !!0 -
I think touting for timeshare may have become illegal. We were harrassed years ago, but it doesn't go on any more. The worst thing about Tenerife is waiters trying to drag you into their restaurants. A simple smile and no thank you usually works.
Not forgetting the persistant "bling bling" sellers who constantly pester you like flies on dog poo!0
