Yay on your spends. Or no spends rather!! You're doing well :T
Polefit? Jealous!! When I lived in Belfast I joined Polercise. Have my certificate for Beginners, Adv 1 and Adv 2
I also did Chair and Flex and Tone too. Meant I was out of the house a few times a week. And yes it was a big part of my social life. Absolutely loved it! Cost me a fortune though
Stick at the Polefit. It's amazing how quick you build up the strength and can do the moves! It's sooooo much fun!!

Outfit for family wedding all picked out and hung up, just hope its not the same colour as the bridesmaids, she's being very secretive!
So my OH just gimme his savings so we are now at €710 saved towards my engagement ring! I think we are hoping for arounf €1500 and I'm hoping to get his wedding ring out of it too..
Need to do quite a large food shop tomoro as well as other wee bits so tomoro is a definite spendy sorta day!
Why does an engagement ring and wedding ring even have to come to this amount out of interest? Why not 500 euros for the both?
(Ps I am replying whilst halfway through so you prob have bought it already!)0 -
Dubai hey for the OH...very exciting. I wish you well!0

Headabovewater I really enjoyed it, I've two classes next week as well!
Houseimprover, I gave the money to my OH so he could live out in Saudi for the month, he gets his wages backdated so it'll be no engagement ring until he gets paid! LOL Puts a bit of romance into it as well as I'll have no idea.. The budget was my OH's idea.. He says he wants to get me something memoriable as I'll be wearing it most days and wants to get a good metal!
As for spends, today it was a measly 85c.. However as I know I had that littlewoods bill, I paid off a little so now it's down to €280... Slow and steady! Decided to put my bus fare into it as I had already decided to put that money away.. Other than that I am plodding along.. No real massive spends.. Can't wait to go to my friends on thursday though, I haven't seen her or the girls in a while so I know she's fairly broke as well so I'm hoping for low spends all round!094 Sealed pot member! (7) €185 (8) €138 (9) €€250

Hello

How are you? How's your week been? Classes going well I hope!
How's the no-spending going? Did you have a good day with your friend?Wealth is what you're left with when all your money runs out0 -
Hey!! I've not disappeared...
Well my bank transfer has gone through with my wages which has left me €5 short for my direct debits this month and two euro short on my joint account.. I've literally 50 cent to my name so its a fiscal fast for the next week!!
I've all my bills due at the end of the month but I did some overtime so I'll let everyone know how it goes! So today, mum bought me a roll for breakfast, and I just had some fish and veggies for dinner and rice creamed for dessert so I plan on chilling at home tonight.. Planning on heading out with my dog tomoro to the beach if I can094 Sealed pot member! (7) €185 (8) €138 (9) €€250

Fiscal fast day number 2 and I spent the euro change I had left in my purse on tea at work.. Stressful day!
Everything is out of cupboards/freezer for meals.. Had to skip my exercise class as I just can't afford it this wk. My best friend is coming up on thursday night so I have to get something in to feed us and some wine!094 Sealed pot member! (7) €185 (8) €138 (9) €€250

Ooooh it can be tough sometimes when you're down to the last few pence in your purse and you've a 3 course meal to prepare! (not quite but you know what I mean!! lol
) But somehow, we always find a way of making meals outta nothing!! We are just so amazing!! :rotfl::D
Enjoy the sunshine

God, I am truly hopeless with money.. So I've had to borrow €50 off my mum to keep me going the next week.. I've some overtime tomorrow so that should help.
There are so many bills that I have to pay, I'm actually scared of them all piling up actually. Well, the good thing is that my friends are away now for nearly a month meaning that I can get away with working really really really long hours in order to help pay all my bills off.
First order of business when I get my wages on Friday are to pay the O2 bill off, pay the internet bill and then pay the power bill. That will take a huge weight off my shoulders. After that, with the money that the OH is sending over, I am going to book my flights to go and see him, and pay the deposit on our hotel that we found..
The only bills that will be left then are the littlewoods bill and the credit card. The littlewoods bill has small chunks taken off it so at €280 its not too bad, but my credit card is at its max of €500 and I need that to come down so I can sleep soundly at night..
After that, the only other spending is getting my driving licence which I need to do soon as I need to get my international licence.. Its annoying as I know that the lessons cost loads but it will be well worth it.094 Sealed pot member! (7) €185 (8) €138 (9) €€250

i'm sitting here contemplating how much I can get away with not buying for the next week.. I need shopping and last week tesc* basics are nearly ran out so I definitely need some. Tempted to say half the €50 my mum gave me, use €25 towards food for the week (there is only one of me now so I should be able to do it) and put the other €25 away and pay off my credit card bill. I think I either need to tackle the credit card or the littlewoods bill first, I'm swaying towards the littlewood one as I know the interest on that account can kill you!
God, I'm rambling here! Well, I am missing my OH something awful here, my birthday is in 2 weeks and I want to start my journey from 25 to be as fruitful as possible..
Writing down my goals might help so here goes nothing :
* Pay off all my debits and be able to keep my credit card free from debt.
* Get a job in Bahrain in science/science teaching
* Get off my bum and ensure that I keep up my exercise classes for my own benefit and look good in a bikini!
* Get the pesky driving licence!
* Start working towards a realistic goal of trying to buy a house.. I think, calculating wages etc and living expenses I could aim to be mortgage free by 35.. That's ten years time.. (its more a dream actually)
So I feel better now that I've written this down somewhere.. I feel a little invigorated again and ready for action!
