I can't find any notification of a change, but their pre Oct terms includes:
2.11. We will make a copy of Our current version of these terms and conditions available on Our website. We can change these terms and conditions for any good reason, for instance, if We want all customers on the same conditions. We will tell You about the change beforehand, as explained here.
2.11.1. If You are a Consumer and the change of terms and conditions is not of material detriment to You or You are not a Consumer, We will send You Written Notice 30 days before the terms and conditions are due to change. The new terms and conditions will automatically apply to You once that notice has run out.
So I wonder if T-Mobile thinks everyone is on the same terms or no?0 -
Keep up the pressure on EE
Just emailed them :
Good Afternoon,
In light of the report on BBC watchdog on Wednesday night and the on-going bad publicity ensuing - can you please confirm that any price rises by EE are to be cancelled for the time being ?
thank you0 -

I wish you luck in getting an answer. However I hear that T-Mobile are now texting their PAYG customers and moving them to more expensive plans. They've also cut commissions for b2b dealers, upsetting them as well. Obviously customers are an inconvenience and the sooner everyone leaves the better.
They are hoping to float the company later in the year but who would invest in these cowboys.0 -
Such a shame. T-Mobile was such a great company when it was the "underdog". I found their price plans, signal and customer service superb. Then EE come along and move things the Orange way. They have ruined what I personally think was a great operator.0

That's what happened with my ISP too
Nildram used to be brilliant - until Talk Talk appeared on the scene and bought them out ...
Since then - they have deteriorated to become the dregs of society !!0 -

This article explains why things are done the Orange way.

The company also told 40 call-centre employees in Darlington that they could only keep their night-shift jobs if they moved to offices in the Philippines. It was later forced to apologise.
Sums it all up really.0 -

Now had a response from the Exec Team to my fifth email - you will note they are refusing my request to refer this to CISAS. Tough already done.
The written notice that was issued in early April 2013 was sent without knowledge of what the actual March RPI figure would be until published on 16 April 2013, however, this increase in charges is not an increase above the published month March RPI figure of 3.3% and does not give the customer a right to cancel.
This was a risk that we took as a business as to what figure would be published on 16 April 2013 but that was our risk to take as a business and does not give the customer the right to cancel. As a business we anticipated the RPI figure for March, if it had been lower than expected customers would have been entitled to cancel their contracts but as this is not the case cancellation of your contract without penalty is declined. Your request to refer this to CISAS is declined as we believe this matter falls outside the scope of the scheme.
Whilst I appreciate you may not be entirely satisfied with my response, I trust I have confirmed my position in relation to this matter.0
