I have now received TM defence to my SSC. They have used almost cut and paste from the CISAS document apart from a section where they say claim did not succeed.

I would like to use evidence of successful claims in my submission ans would be grateful if any one who has won their case could sent a copy of their successful decision to XXXXXXXXX. This email has been setup purely for this purpose and will then be removed - if you wish to take out any personal information that's fine I will not retain any of the document once the case has completed. Thank you to Ann007 and randomcurve who have already offered their CISAS decisions to me

    E-mail sent Ruflonger.

Thank you to those of you who have already sent your successful decisions to help with my SCC case, whilst I was comfortable using the original email address posted a few people have advise me to change it. I will respect any submission make and will delete the account once the case has been heard.

As I'm also in the process of taking this to the Small Claims Court, I would also be very grateful if any one who has won their case could send a copy of their successful decision to me? As Ruflonger has done, I have set up an email purely for this, which will be deleted(as well as the documents) as soon as the case has completed. Thanks to Anna007 who has already sent me her decision.Much appreciated.
    The email :
    tmsscdispute@gmail.com
As usual, any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you for the advice. I have phoned Carmel Codd and also emailed her apparently she is on leave today so hopefully I will get a response early next week.

I assume you received an email from Carmel Codd, with their defence and her phone number to, or other person in Legal Team dealing ?

Now is the time to ring Legal and make an offer to settle. Be reasonable and an early agreement may save you any further inconvenience.

    Good luck! :)
  • Just sent you both my EE response and also my CISAS decision.

Its great to have some advice on this, it's greatly appreciated.
One question, what is reasonable? Asking for just termination of contract without penalty AND the refund of payments since May 9th? Or just termination without penalty?
    Decisions decisions.

  • Just wanted to check something. Ive got to reply to CISAS by the 24th September to advise whether I accept their decision or not.

If I replied on the 20th Sepetember, and then waited 30 days for T-Mobile to get in touch before using my PAC, does that really mean I could have a free service until at least the 20th October?

Part of the ruling was for T-Mobile to refund any charges incurred since the 9th May. Im in no rush to get a new phone/contract at the moment and if I can get away with another two months free line rental on behalf of T-Mobile it seems like a bonus!

Just playing them at their own game! :rotfl:
  • Does anyone have a contact number for Carmel Codd or anybody in The Legal Dept.
