Thank you to those who have sent news stories to the BBC, my own submission was also longer than the short version I posted for forum members to copy and paste if they were short of time.
The fact that we are sending in stories in our words should hopefully have a greater impact on the BBC. I have heard nothing back from them, but will post if/when I do.
For those who have yet to send something the address is:

Had an email from Carmel Codd today with my Pac and confirmation of all charges being cancelled. Also advised to let her know when we have used the Pac so she can cancel any other charges generated.A big believer in karma, you get what you give :A
If you find my posts useful, "pay it forward" and help someone else out, that's how places like MSE can be so successful.0 -
Does anyone have a contact number either mobile or landline for T-Mobile's Legal Dept.
I emailed Carmel Codd 6 days ago but have yet to receive a reply.0 -
CISAS sent me an email yesterday, which said it "is not an enforcing body and has no power to compel a communications provider to comply with any decision agreed under the scheme.
makes you wonder why CISAS even bother to exist if it cant even enforce their own actions lol,
oh well back to drawing board on 2nd claim:)
emailed carmel codd and Guy.Perring@ee.co.uk in the meantime on my original claim so will wait and see what if anything they have to say0 -
Emailed Carmel Codd on Wednesday reminding her they had 2 weeks to comply with CISAS and if it didn't happen then I would go straight to the Small Claims Court, got an email yesterday from someone checking my bank details as she had been authorised to fast track me a refund of £473.
Still think I'm going to be fighting them as this Months Bill includes £480 for PAC Code charges which according to Codd has been refunded in Septembers bill.
As I still have a line with EE that my partners daughter uses I don't want the line restricted as I don't intend paying this bill as Ms Codd has had a week to sort it before the bill was produced.
After a game of email tennis with her where Ms Codd seems a little too thick to get the grasp of what I'm telling her she appears to have stopped replying.0 -

They initially said I'd have to wait the 8 weeks, but I quoted section 4c) of Ofcom's Code of Practice for Complaints Handling, received deadlock email 3 hours later.
Still, seemed a little too easy reaching deadlock...0 -
I haven't been here for a while, so first off congratulations to the latest winners :T I'm sure there will be more.
Like others here T-Mobile didn't comply to the CISAS decision on time, or in full. I'm still in communication with CISAS regarding that, and it's about time they took their position seriously. BBC notified as per RandomCurve post
I've also found out that, in my case, T-Mobile have breached other legislation so I will get another complaint going in - I won't put details here as it's likely to be unique to me.
So the saga continues...0 -
Another win here!
Just received my decision from CISAS.
1) Cancel contract early without termination fees.
2) All monies paid since the 8th May to be refunded.
3) Written apology.
Thanks to everyone for their help! Just one more claim against Orange left to go!
I did have to chuckle, the domain name ee.com is currently for sale at auction! Currently at £350.....Hmmmmm0 -
