PAC requested and issued by TM, have called new provider and will be changed over by 8pm tomorrow.
Going to cancel direct debit with TM so they won't get any more cash out of me.
Will see what happens when then try and bill me, guy I spoke to knew who CISAS were and said when he issues PAC it will automatically generate a charge.

Don't do that.
If there are any late charges, even 10p, and the DD bounces, that will register against your credit record.
Even if it is wrong, it could take months to disappear. Just not worth it.0 -
As our bills are monthly in advance next bill is generated on 5th Aug so only charge should be for the PAC, which they cannot charge me for anyway.0

Hi all. When I noticed people had started winning their cases, I got in touch with the guys at coolsmartphone.com. They have since put an article up. Hope it helps keep this in the limelight.

I emailed Carmel Codd in the legal department and she said to call CS and accept the charge for my PAC and she would reverse it0 -

Stevey, any chance you could post the email address for Carmel Codd?
Going to get PAC tomorrow from CS, allow the charge if unavoidable over the phone and get it back later. Don't want to delay any longer.
Thanks.0 -

but i guess everyone as their opinion on things, personally ive had no issues with OVIVO and for Free EVERY MONTH u cant go wrong for those who dont use much
To be honest with you I am not really worried about adverts at all but you are willingly agreeing for them to gather your personal data and use them as they see fit which is not so great for me.
Personally even if it would be the cheapest tariff available (wait it is) I wouldn't go for it. Now I know that some data is collected by companies behind your back so to speak but it will be a long time for me before I will willingly accept them to do it.0 -
Had a phone call from the Exec Office today, giving me my PAC's and confirming refund amount to be paid by BACS.
Only thing is the refund will not be requested until after my next billing date (23rd) and could take up to 14 days to process. Now my CISAS letter states that T-Mobile should action all of the decision by 27/08/2013, wondering now if that will be likely.0 -

I would be back onto all the email addresses in this thread, and remind them of their 30 day obligation and ask what compensation they will offer if they fail to comply with the legally binding decision.
I did that, and the payment miraculously arrived by BACS about 3 days later and with the original 30 days (it was about 2 days before the 30 days were up).====0
