When I applied there was no mention of a minimum spend, I averaged around £150 per week over the last year so should be ok as long as I don't take any holidays!

When do they debit your account? is it the same each month for all business users?

Great - looks like my first INR with the OBA account - £13 loss as I can't claim for it - pretty much wipes out what I saved on postage today! :(

Sorry to hear that, hopefully though buyer will wait a few more days yet- it can't be that long since it was sent can it?

4th April 2nd class. I have asked her to check with sorting office etc...
Oh well, at least I won't have to hunt around for receipts! I hated that bit.

fingers crossed it turns up, it hasn't been two weeks yet so there is still hope. I find things either arrive next day, or not for two weeks!

No its not the same day each month unfortunately. It seems to creep a bit further every month like its every 33 days or something.

Phone 0845 6050767 to find out the customers local delivery office address. Put that in Google and you should be able to find the DO's phone number. If you're lucky you will get a DO that actually answers their phone. Most of the ones I get through to are happy to check if the customers parcel is there and on a few occasions they have been.

Sometimes posties don't leave cards or the customer can't be bothered to go and collect it from the DO so its worth checking.

I received another courtesy call from the Business Services and they told me it would be 30 days after I first started using the account...

Useful number - thanks - unfortunately not answering the phone but I will keep trying!

A lot of DO's are only open in the morning so best to try before lunchtime. There are a few that never answer their phones though.
