Glad all well apart from broadband.
Not too long til 23rd though.

Thanks Lou - but I miss WiFi t2309.gif

At my mum's taking advantage of hers as we speak ;) - good job I did as I have won £30 on JPJ :T. Just in the nick of time too as we are super skint after forking out nearly £2k for the flat.

My list of stuff that I would like for the new flat is growing by the minute. So far I would like:

    Net curtains
    New blinds
    Cushions for the dining chairs
    A throw for the sofa
A towel rail for my bathroom (OH is using the en-suite)
A storage unit for my bathroom

All I have bought so far is a new loo brush. I'll wait until we get paid to start getting other stuff.

Add lamp shades to the list of stuff I want for the flat. The ones there were really big and OH kept banging his head on them (he is 6ft 4ins tall), so they have been removed.

OH's parents are visiting. Don't know why they came really. They didn't arrive until 1pm and his dad hasn't eaten since Saturday as he hasn't been well. He is just sat on the sofa looking washed out. Needless to say, I've escaped to my mum's.

My broadband router has arrived, so I just need BT to pull their finger out and get it set up. The phone was activated at 3am, so hopefully the broadband will be up and running early too.

I know. Now his mum is saying that she thinks it's a virus. Like I need to be exposed to that!!

We have just gone out for a meal. It was £30 in total and we went 'halves' which consisted of them paying £7 and us paying £23. I bet we won't get the money back. OH and I even shared a drink to cut costs (free refills) his dad asked if things were that bad and I said yes. Still didn't cough up the difference though.

    I give up!
