I'm really p****d off. My sister and BIL were going to buy our bed from us, which was a real help as it meant we could have it right up until we go. They have now backed out saying that they have no way of getting it to their house . I'm not annoyed that they have backed out - that's their decision - I'm just annoyed that they have left us with a little over a week to sell the bed to someone else.

I'm just waiting to see what OH reckons we should do. If we can't sell it, we'll also be £100 down on the flat fund, which I have budgeted for.

So, I've got around 20 days until we have to pay the money for the flat, so I would like to try and raise as much as I can before then. I'm going to aim for £300, which would be £15 a day. The problem is, I need stuff that would payout before 19th July. So I need to make a list of quick payers over the course of today and tomorrow.

So far, I have thought of:

Textbroker - payout every Friday, so I could get at least 2 guaranteed payouts before then. I might be able to fit in a couple of articles a day, so I could aim for around £100 from there.

Jackpot Joy - admittedly this is just the free game and I haven't done too well on there over the past couple of weeks, but the other week I won £70 from 10 free spins (kept on playing until I felt I had pushed my luck). I reckon £20 is a realistic amount to expect.

My Survey - they pay out in lots of at least £3 via Paypal and usually come through within the week, so I could maybe get £15 from there.

Swagbucks - I think they payout quite quickly, they do with Amazon vouchers anyway. I could try for maybe £20 from there.

Opinion World - I know they payout instantly into Paypal. I've been having problems with them recently though where I've been doing surveys and not getting through to the end screen to get credited. I might persevere and try on Explorer instead of Chrome. I should be able to get another £20 from there.

Crowdology - they are a bit hit and miss with their surveys, so I might say £5 from them.

So that's £180 so far, can anyone think of any other quick payers?

Why not pop the bed onto FB marketplace pages ? No selling costs, and certainly around here, beds get snapped up fast, especially this time of year with folks getting summer visitors !

Thank you :). I don't really go on FB, so didn't really think about it. I've just put the sofa on there, so fingers crossed. I'll get some pictures of the bed tonight and put that on later.

Afternoon. It's a lovely sunny day here.

I'm pleased to say that a nice couple bought our bed this afternoon. I got £110 for it in the end, which I'm pleased with. It does mean that we have to sleep on the mattress topper for a few days, but I can handle that. Just the sofa to go now. I've put it down to £35, so fingers crossed I get some interest at that price. I'm okay with giving that to a charity shop though if it's not gone by Thursday/Friday.

I've got Opinion World working again and managed to withdraw £10 from there yesterday. I think once we are all moved out and I'm staying at my mum's for the 2 weeks, I'll have a lot more time to earn extra money.

I'm never moving again (unless I have to obviously!) :(. It's far too stressful.

Everything is nearly out of the flat, except for that damn sofa. I can't even sell it for £25. It's such a lovely comfy sofa too. OH is going to try and borrow and van and then store it in his mate's garage.

Going to blitz it tomorrow and then hopefully put the keys through the letting agents door on Sunday night. Start afresh Monday and all that.

I got my hair cut this morning. I've got mega long hair (and I mean it was REALLY long). It was getting a bit too long, so I've had half of it chopped off. Think it will take a bit of getting used to as it feels really short, even though it's still past my shoulders. I also treated myself to a new pair of sandals, as my main ones had been worn to death. They are mega comfy and cheap:

Going to relax and watch the tennis this afternoon. Well, I say relax, but I still haven't recovered from Wednesday yet _pale_
