    Thanks CBC :).

    I still haven't heard anything. I called them again twice late on Friday. The first time I was told that another woman would call me back when she was done on the phone - she didn't. I then called back an hour later and spoke to the original woman who has been dealing with me the whole time. She said they couldn't get on the system as it was too late and someone would call me back first thing on Saturday morning - they didn't!!

    I'm getting really annoyed and frustrated with them. If I don't get an answer on Tuesday over the phone, I'm actually going to go to their office and demand an answer the next day. I've only got 2 months to move out of this flat, and that may sound like a long time, but it's not. I need to know if we have the furnished place before I start selling all our furniture.

    My favourite shoes died today :(. I'm not a shoe type person. I find a pair that are really comfy and I love them and then wear them to death. I'm going to have to find another pair now. I have got some others, but they aren't as comfy as the pair that have gone to shoe heaven.

    Anyway, tomorrow I'm determined to get an answer out of that damn letting agent. I'll call them on the hour every hour if I have to. I can't handle another day not knowing and I need to start selling stuff.

    Okay, I'm in battle mode. They have 1 hour to contact me and then I'm unleashing all kinds of hell on them!! (well, I'll give them a call anyway ;)).

    I WILL get an answer today!!

    Great. The administrator is on leave today, so I was told that I wouldn't be able to find out until tomorrow. I stated that I was getting really frustrated and annoyed with them as 3 different people said they would call me back on Friday/Saturday and not one of them did.

    A manager is going to call me back - apparently!!

    They have until lunchtime.

    I dont want to sound really negative here, but if the agent is so bad to get back to you now, what if there is an emergency? or a repair need doing?

    I hope the manager calls you today

    I know, I have thought of that. But there might be a different person who deals with that (I know there is at my current letting agent). Besides, I would only be 5 minutes down the road at that point, so I would just go into their office and not give them the choice to ignore me ;)
