You would have to question the mentality of any man who would even think about getting involved with her, after all she has done. No man in their right mind would choose her to be the mother of their children.

Unfortunately Marisco there are LOTS of men who don't have any mind at all, let alone the right kind. She'd probably be a trophy woman for some sicko.

There was a fly on the wall style documentary on a while back where they followed around various social care teams. It was astonishing what some of those "parents" were allowed to get away with. The teams were powerless to do anything in much of a hurry presumably because it would be a breach of the parents human rights or other such nonsense.

I have no doubt Mairead would be allowed to keep her baby because of some misguided notion that prison rehabilitates people and mothers know best. If I had my way she would be prevented from having children in her care, and from having any more. There are folks in the world who would give anything to have just one baby, this filthy piece of garbage stood by while 6 of hers burned.

I'm a student midwife and you would be surprised the amount of children who are taken into care without their mothers having manslaughter of their own children on their hands.

A vile, controlling exploiter, that's what kind. Also, one who can recognise potential victims at 100 paces. I expect there are a few few around, we just don't know them for what they are because we are not suitable fodder for them.

I see it's alleged in the Daily Wail he's given up his cleaning job after 35 mins.

    He's a peach isn't he? (if true)

I heard he was on suicide watch before he was given that job.

Now, I don't believe in capital punishment, but if they want to off themselves that's fine by me. Let him.
  • After seeing the news that one of the killers of Baby P had been released from prison ages ago, I have no doubt that good old Mick will be out of there in no time. Whatever they seem to sentence them to it gets cut here and there and then they're out again. Philpott'll be out before the end of 2015, if not sooner, I reckon.

While I am not fond of the haphazard way our criminal justice system seems to operate, Jason Owen who was convicted for "causing or allowing" the death of Baby P served his minimum period of 3 years. I'd certainly agree he should have received a much stiffer penalty than six years with a minimum of three to be served but it wasn't a case of the sentence being cut.

Mick Philpott has to serve a minimum of 15 years making him eligible for parole in 2028. Once again, I'd certainly concur that a single life sentence for the manslaughter of six children with a minimum term of 15 years is too lenient, especially for somebody who could well still be alive in 15 years time, I will say there is no chance he will be out in 2015 unless the law is changed for the worse.

Neither Mairead in New Hall prison or Philpott a few miles away from her in Wakefield prison have escaped the attention of their fellow prisoners.
.................:)....I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)
